F1 EVO Hand Controls for gas and brake by MPS

We are Mobility One Transportation in Tulsa. Here is a brief look at our recent installation of hand controls. Made by MPS, called F1 EVO. Mounts next to the shifter console.     I am in Virginia and own a 2006 Jeep Liberty CRD. I am disabled and don't have complete use of my legs, so I have not been able to drive since. I really like how this looks and at how it functions. Is this a product you would possible ship? or is this only something you install in shop?
