I thought the throttles and brakes were just like normal cars💀. Dude then I saw this beginner in an F1 car who was told to press the brake as hard as he can, dude pressed it so hard he was sweating then the technician goes. "Good that was 75% power 🤣. Driving these cars is a helluva workout lmao

​@@160thsoar6Requires over 160kg / 350lbs to push the brake pedal in an F1 car. Now imagine doing that for the time they do all whilst fighting nearly 6Gs in the corners. F1 drivers train hard to cope with the forces required of them and their bodies in those cars.

I remember hearing one of the 1st year Torro Rosso cars on a show display way back when. Those still had the V10 engines from the mid 2000's. They were absurdly loud. I felt physically sick after that.

Ever go to a top fuel drag race? I got to walk down to the starting line in Reading Pennsylvania and it's so loud it distorts your vision and literally shakes your body. Crazy experience..imagine driving those things!

Not monster, the 2.4Lv8s were the most gutless engines in F1 history, or at least since the 70s. A high torque impact wrench had more torque then them. They were so gutless that the drivers struggled to do donuts in them, not enough torque or power. Worst engine formula in f1 history

That's about all Belgrade is going to see when it comes to F1, unfortunately. Still, I'm grateful for this too. Great sound, so rare to hear it on these streets. Monte Carlo, I envy you. This was taken on 17th of September 2022, and David Coulthard was doing the donuts.

Been to COTA ,Vegas ,Miami, Monaco, Montreal, Singapore and Azerbaijan I can’t get enough of F1 👍

How that driver was even able to do that is insane. The level of control necessary with these machines is absurd

It’s actually is mental. I’ve been in a two seater, (I’ve also raced moto2 nationally, was asked to take a h2r to 400kmph on the street and record it for the owner, have a high end r1m track bike) but in doesn’t compare to the G forces and breathing control needed to be in one of these things. Thinks of two guys hanging basically hanging off when tightening the harness till its hard to breath. Then a third guy yanking to tighten you in more. The end of the straight even though on a bike I’m doing the same speed. The car break waaaaay later. I closed my eyes and braces for impact on two first consecutive laps. Words cannot begin to describe it tbh.

These cars are from 2011, and the engines these ran were used from 2006-2013. Not even close to the '90s! 😂
