Quick practice wears the components down really quickly. Just bite the bullet and build new engine parts.

It's seems that if you keep some 'free time' on the team activities/calender, the focus of your teammate won't go down or might even get higher.

I had an engine blow 6 laps into the Bahrain GP............these breakdowns are awesome and infuriating at the same time

With the wear as it is it’s a legit strategy to just bin a race to get all new components if you have a bad qualifying or weren’t going to go well anyway

i have christian lundgard as my teammate in season 3 and now we have the best car and he still improves his focus even when he only finishes p15 every race in the best car

I love the f1 team's career but I just wish that they were longer like two races 🙏🙏🔥🔥
