Do you think you'll ever do a cover of Pyramid Cave from Sonic Adventure 2? That's one of my favorite tracks from that game and it feels like not many people have done covers of it

This cover understands the original track far more than any other version I've heard. The undulating and echoing call/response is the central focus of the original BGM. Right from the rip the chuggy guitar sends us straight into numerous twists and turns of the lonesome desert world. There's some melancholy in the original phrasing, and the numerous layers to this mix solidify it through the entire dynamic range. This was such a treat to listen to, as someone who grew up on the F-Zero and has always treasured this particular track. I used to think Silence was my favorite, but you've made a strong argument for Sand Ocean instead. Thanks for an excellent listen!

My favorite thing about Toxic's covers is that they sound 100% true and faithful to the original while still sounding like it's his own thing. Best video game guitarist/musician of all time. Either he's the goat, or you're wrong. No middle ground.

P.S.- please do Big Blue. When I was a kid, my first instrument was the bass and one of the first things I tried to learn was Big Blue. That was 25 years ago. Recently, I tried to play it.. I still remember it. For the love of all that is metal, please cover it at some point.

As much as I love Mute City and Big Blue, it's great to see other F-Zero themes get some love and Sand Ocean definitely deserved it. This is such a great theme and you turned it into even more of a banger, killer work man!

Perfect timing on the Sand Ocean cover, considering F-Zero 99 has a event going on atm for 1.4.0. Team Battle mode got a huge overhaul and it's a lot more fun now too. Plus, Private lobbies are a thing now too. Would absolutely tune in for a F-Zero 99 gaming stream if you ever decide to do one. Great cover as always, your F-Zero stuff is right up there with your Metroid stuff IMO.

Love your covers. So much punch and artistry. F-Zero/GX is the greatest racing game ever made.

The man has Metroid covers. Magmoor caverns, sector 1, upper brinstar, tallon overworld, crashed frigate just to name a few check em all out and tell everybody lol
