    Wild Goose also had the higest armor in the original SNES though, as you can see in the game files themselves

    With Wild Goose you want to be hunting for KOs to work around it’s low recovery stat. Fitting considering it’s driver.

    The Wild Goose is probably my favorite one, especially since I get bumped into walls by other racers less often

    The wild goose does take less knockback from collisions

    1:04 “This means, you won’t get to boost very often with the Wild Goose.” Well, this is true in terms of the whole race, but uniquely to the Wild Goose, you could boost very frequently for a limited time at one point in the race, because the default health bar will go to a whopping 6 boosts compared to 5 for the Blue Falcon or Golden Fox, and 4 for the Fire Stingray (from full to empty, so you won’t get to actually use all of them). And, the Goose has more survivability with a low health bar. This also means that KO’s can make the Goose very dangerous late in a race.

    Main advice i can give is to be conservative with your boost. Use it one per lap on most maps, abuse skyway when possible and save up your large energy reserve for the final lap to gain an edge.

    While you don't want to boost more than once per lap with the goose, it also drains the least amount per boost. This means that A. a grey KO refills nearly a whole boost's worth of energy, never mind a pilot KO, and B. if you have been saving energy up till the final lap, you can boost like 5 or 6 times before being in danger, compared to the others that can only do 3 to 4 boosts with full energy.

    With wild goose you should never boost more than once in a lap, because without player KOs you won't recover it from the pit zone and because of the player bounces draining energy it will go down a bit faster Hold the boosts off until lap 4 and plan out the best skyway spots for wins

    IMO, the meta shifted to Wild Goose when the Queen League came out fully.

    Essentially because the skill gap from Knight to Queen using Golden Fox takes a steep increase even in the original and the Queen League has better skyway setups. Almost guaranteed Wild Goose will dominate the King League as well and control the meta from here on out.

    @@richardjoyce2764 also, silence wasn't widened like all the other tracks making it really difficult, even with vehicles that got a lot of grip (blue falcon, fire stingray)

    Wild Goose is my current main, and also the only machine that forced me to plan out spots in the race per round. This isn't boost all day like Golden Fox or keep it clean like Fire Stingray, this is don't get too far ahead of the pack in the first lap or you'll be passed by those prior two without the skyway on the second lap. Also, almost always, boost across the starting line between laps zero and one. You'll end up in a good spot in position and orbs and have time to fully recover that one boost, it's free
