I like the idea of Billy only caring about the money. He's been raised as a lab rat (monkey), and the only way you can advance testing is with money.

Billy is an ape of the universe, nothing can beat the speed of light though.

I think he likes money.

I've never heard Mr. Zero say "We are all looking forward to seeing you in your next GP race." as often as he does to Billy. I understand why you can't see the pupils of people like Captain Falcon and Beastman: They have their helmets/masks on, and that's a common thing for this artstyle. So why can't you see Billy's pupils?
