Sebi കാണിക്കുന്നത് മണ്ടത്തരമാണ്. പണത്തോട് മനുഷ്യന് ആർത്തി ഉള്ളിടത്തോളം F&O യിൽ നിയന്ത്രണം ഏർപ്പെടുത്തുമ്പോൾ bitcoin പോലെയുള്ള മറ്റു മാർഗങ്ങൾ ആളുകൾ തേടും. ആ പണം വിദേശത്തേക്ക് പോകാൻ തുടങ്ങുമ്പോൾ sebi യ്ക്ക് വീണ്ടും വിവരം വയ്ക്കും 😂.

സർ IPO വഴി വാങ്ങിയാലെ കമ്പനിയുമായി ബന്ധമുള്ളൂ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. ബ്രോക്കർ വഴി വാങ്ങിയാൽ കമ്പനിക്ക് ഗുണമില്ല.. അപ്പോൾ ഫണ്ടമെന്റൽ, devident, asset, net profit നോക്കി വാങ്ങുന്നതെന്തിനാണ്

അങ്ങനെയല്ല പറഞ്ഞത്. Ipo സമയത്തു നൽകുന്ന പണം മാത്രമേ കമ്പനിക് കിട്ടുന്നുള്ളു.100 രൂപ ipo വിലയുള്ള സ്റ്റോക്ക് നു പിന്നീട് 300 ആയാൽ ipo ആദ്യം വാങ്ങിയ ആൾക്കാണ് ലഭിക്കുക.ആ 200 രൂപ ipo വാങ്ങിയ ആൾക്കാണ് കിട്ടുക.

തട്ടിപ്പുകൾ തടയാനാണു സെബി ശ്രമിയ്ക്കേണ്ടത്

In US or Gulf, you can keep tigers/lions as pets. No problem. But if you overstep the regulatory margins you won’t see daylight again. In India the government doesn’t know/ doesn’t have dedicated staff/ too lazy to effectively implement laws. So they ban even entry into forest, let alone rear tigers. Why in US market the fooling of retailers by big fishes doesn’t happen? Vigilant regulators and deterring punishment. In India they have no idea how to deal with the big fishes. Easy way is to discourage the retailers.
