vekoma certainly knows how to make a flying coaster

You get loaded into the rollercoasted sideways, in a seated position. While waiting in line we were discussing & wondering how the coaster would switch from sideways to laying down in a forward position. Welp... it went so fast & smoothly, before we even realised what was happening, we were hanging down lol. Thuroughly enjoyed this coaster! It's so awesome.

Thanks for making this! I'm scared of coasters but am steadily working my way up to them by watching POVs as I feel better knowing what to expect. Really want to try F.L.Y but there's no POVs so this was really helpful!

Have you seen the video from Tom Scott about his phobia of coasters? you might like the video. I was always scared of coasters as a small kid until someone finally convinced me to get on one. And i don't think i have ever felt such a rush of adrenaline and sense of victory after getting of one.

@@arjentromp12 that video is actually what inspired me to work on my fear!! Great recommendation :) This month I took the plunge and went to Disneyland and Efteling - I pushed myself to do ALL the rides! I still get nervous but I'm doing so much better and am really proud of my progress so far. Going to try more coasters and keep going!

@@tiff8683 i thoroughly recommend phantasialand in cologne germany aswell, great theme-ing and ,according to coaster enthusiasts, is home to 2 or maybe even 3 of the best coasters in europe maybe even the world.

Because its not allowed to film there. You may not keep metallic objekts with you

I was there just yesterday. Much like the previous comment said, you're not allowed ANY objects at all on the ride, not even in your pockets. You go through a detector before you're allowed to board. Having nothing on me I "skipped" about 20 places because I didn't have to use the lockers while the people in front of me had to. This is a pretty accurate recreation tho, although there's a lot more to see in the actual coaster of course.

This is a good replace of a real onride video because it's not possible to make a real onride-video from this attraction. Camera's are not allowed in this coaster. Thanks for making this!!!

The steampunk theme fits very good. Especially before you enter the rollercoaster they treat you like it was a airplane company.

there is a lot of airtime, which is rare for a flying coaster. you don't get a feel for it in this pov.

It is much better IRL trust me I love this coaster The harness get a little uncomfortable if you do several runs tough

It's very comfy and very smooth, it's not as violent as black mamba but there are some really good airtime moments and some good g-force. You fly very, very close to the decor too. The launches are quite mild, nowhere near Taron. The soft restrain also helps with feeling more of the ride.

​@@henria.277 The launches cant be as intense as Taron, because its a flying coaster you experience different G-forces and a intense launch would be too much for your body to handle probably.

No one ever claimed that, its just because onride povs are not allowed so people make a simulation
