i think her high-pitched rapping is on purpose in the beginning she says "changbin f.hero oppa what do i do?" using a child-like voice to signify her sort of innocence. she is also 19 years old, younger than both of the rappers here, while also being the only female rapper in the song. after her first verse and the interlude, her voice gets deeper. i could be wrong but her parts could be referencing how she's not a little girl and there's more to what you see in the mirror. again i could be wrong, that's just my observation. milli changes her tone and voices to match her raps and what she trying to give off. totally loved your reaction. all three of them did amazing.

Could also be that voices changes in different languanges or her deep voice or her high voice is stylistic. I'm thai and heard her normal speaking voice on Interview's and for western standards it could be considered as high but it was kinda the middle of her high pitch and deep voice

He is so freaking talented ! And guess what he literally wrote his verse in just one sitting !!!

At first I thought the same as you, her high pitch was too much for me, but taking in consideration that the Thai language is like that it grew on me every time I repeated the song. I think that kind of pitch she was using was intentional, like pretending she was for that "cute" kinda singing, but then she surprised me slapping me with her fast rap and badass tone. Thai rap/hip-hop is new to me so maybe that's why I had to hear it too many times to really appreciate its charms. Aside from that, ChangbinGod always slaying 🔥🔥🔥🛐🛐🛐

Usually in this song Milli she has sing in North-East Thai Dialect too not only switch to 2-3 languages. She is very talented to adapt those Dialect and Languages use in her bar. For F.Hero his bar all about the meaning. If you can understand Thai fluently his bar is sharp and on point so much. Mostly F.Hero won't rapping fast but his style is using a word and sharp on point like a knife stick on u.

I had a feeling the first time I hear the song that many non-Thai speakers will have some uncomfortable feeling with her tone at the beginning. But you are right, she did intentionally put on that persona/attitude of being a sassy bi***y girl at the beginning of the song. In the Thai language that is usually the tone and accent to go for. Plus she did add into Thai North-Eastern singing technique for a few sec. As a Thai speaker, I would say she has done a great job. And to be in perform in the same song as someone like Changbig... That's impressive!

It's funny but for most of us multilinguals our voices change with the language

Im here for my boy Changbin as always he slayed it 🔥 I agree Millie voice is high pitch and I didn’t care for it at the beginning but it was intentional on her part but man she sure showed us all the end and she slayed it too. This song is the type the more you hear it, it grows on you. My favorite part of the song is right when Changbin comes in and the beat changes and all the rap ties in nicely.

the high pitch for thai part was kinda intentional because the type of language she used which were slangs and new popular words in thailand where we would use to support friends who are beautiful and to add the vibe. also as commonly, our tone usually changes depending on the language so that’s why

@PYM I think it's a personal opinion, I don't think they're trying to say the song was terrible and only Changbin knew what he was doing. It's more like they weren't a fan but then Changbin's rap made them enjoy the song. In that sense, it redeemed the song for their tastes. That being said, some of those people are possibly haters and then you're absolutely right.

I don’t know that those kind of comments are from antis or not.. but if those ppl said something like disrespecting other rappers despite the fact that they don’t know well about how to rap, I think we all can criticize their bad manners and behavior. However, Musa never said anything about Milli or FHero being bad at what they do, just that it wasn't his taste. I was simply explaining that this is his opinion of that part of the song, not disrespect towards those artists.

not really tho, changbin faster rap verse was on 3racha track's double knot with 9.75 sps, while eminem's fastest was 13 sps

I really liked the difference in all of their tones throughout the song. Changbin's part was really needed in the song otherwise it would have been too 1 dimensional for me. I would have liked MILLI to do one more rap verse in place of a chorus section 'cause I think her rapping is really good and the chorus was a bit too much for me.

I got a lot of backlash from a recommendation I posted in which I mentioned that her voice may be rough pill to swallow for some, but it does get less so as the song goes on. At least for me that was the case. However, in my defense, her voice during that first verse actually caused issues with my frequency device. (It's an implant that allows me to pick up sound vibrations. It heightens my ability to read lips quickly and efficiently. Normally you need some slight form of hearing to read lips, this is my cheat since I'm completely deaf.) Seriously though, her voice in the beginning was picked up by my implant as "Noise Pollution" and the bloody thing shut itself down in order to "Protect the connection between the device mechanics and my brains delicate neural network." 🤣

@@maerim78 No disrespect taken at all actually! It was meant as a funny after all lol With that said, and for the sake of totally transparency, I have actually grown to adore her. She was only playing a character after all. Her real life self is someone that anybody would be lucky to know and happy to have in their life. She's a total tomboy who's not afraid to be exactly who she is. The combination of that being my first time with the Thai language since going deaf, and the whole thing with my implant malfunction, makes up 99% of my initial experience as well as the post I was referencing. She's a badass, I just think her part should have maybe leaned more in the direction of the real Milli and less in character. If only because it truly was her big public debute. What do I know though. I'm just a deaf girl that works as a perfessional ghost within the industry. 🤣
