The ladder should be put to death but drug dealers effect thousands of people, single moms get strung out on drug dealers product then go and rent/sell their kids out to be messed with , so drug dealing is not a victimless crime so one is not disconnected from the other. Young teens boys and girls get hooked on dope and sell their bodies to creepy old men who sometimes get killed , and the drug dealers are part of the reason the victim was out their all vulnerable and easy prey for their pedo-killers. Just One individual junkie negatively effects his entire family and his local society. Junkies rob from stores, commit fraud, snatch purses , neglect their own kids.
