最尾嗰段鰻魚，淨係見到個賣相已經頂唔住🥴🤢🤮 仲要啱啱食完飯睇呢條片，Oh My God🤪，但真係好攪笑，我未試過睇你啲片會笑得咁開❤🤣；一個字兩個音「perfect 」👍

Loved watching this!! As a HKer living in London, I love haggis! And tried jellied eels from an old east end cafe in london, and actually quite liked it! It wasn't fishy at all, just tasted like boiled eels. Also I absolutely hate rice pudding. Congee shouldn't be sweet hahah

其實,以南蠻身份講一句好認叻嘅話,我哋粵菜係世上最好食嘅嘢~~其他地方都有好多好食嘢~~不過,真係一方水土,妳哋有機會去挑戰下北京啲豆汁啦~~

仲有傳說中嘅仰望星空批未食😂
中式都有「水晶豬手凍」😂都係啫喱狀，好好食的😂但魚凍就….🤣🤣🤣不過士多啤梨粥聽到都接受唔到😂😂😂
好不好食唔係個菜色本身, 而係佢材料同點整. 我在 Covent Garden 一間餐廳食又霉又腥係唔易入口, 但最近我在超市買 Bradley's 個鰻魚凍 pot, D魚係正常OK好食, 腥味唔重, 中意食魚的人就會OK中意.
😂我想問Jelly Eel係用普通鱔 定 用Conger Eel？ 因為差好遠 啲腥味😅

In Taiwan,we eat sweet rice congee made with red beans, lotus seeds, longan, red dates, nuts etc.

As a Chinese. I don’t have any problem with Rice pudding. However, I have not try eel jelly before. Perhaps share the recipe, then we can try it in Australia.

@@thereynoldsfamily maybe it’s uk eels with the strong fish odour/taste. Eels in Sydney are not bad in smell or taste. The worst fish I find in taste are the sea mullet. They are very fishy.
I had haggis and black pudding which i like and has eaten these many times .. But just like you, i had jelly eel for the first time just 2 months ago when i went to England to visit my sis... I didnt like it even with salt n vinegar as advised by the vendor selling it.!!!

應該係用錯方法煮，啲好腥既魚唔應該用滾水咁煮熟就算，應該用啲pepper牛油香煎就唔會咁難食。 就好似中國蒸膳咁，要用啲濃味既蒜頭豆豉黎蒸咪好食啲
除左Jellied Eel外其它都幾好食，尤其係Haggis同用牛胸口油做既White Pudding.....
