Out of all the videos thus far, I felt like the B11 and Putther were respectfully battling it out and didn’t let the barcode get the chance of getting free kills. It’s as if this match is supposed to be honorable with no interruptions (despite there being interruptions in the video). But other than that, the B11 was an absolute monster with the maneuvers and this video is as always a masterpiece

The B11 is a terrifying opponent, that turning speed is wack and it can just ram you out the sky. A flying tank indeed.

Some advice for flying the Raiju.. 1. Remain in stealth at all times, even during a turn-fight, until you get behind or are about to get behind your target. 2. When fighting B-11, don't try to out turn him, a good B-11 pilot will always out turn you no matter what. Instead, fly straight up or straight out and away, go into stealth, and try to out-run and lose him and hit him from another angle. 3. Use landing gear and air brake to slow down and free-aim missiles against ground players, you could use cannons too but it's not even worth it unless you're in VTOL. 4. When in VTOL, remain in stealth until your target is right infront of you. Hit him, then go back into stealth immediately after the kill.

@@Xackory VTOL isn't exactly "Out turning", it's more like spinning in place on it's axis or stalling out. Yes it can be very effective if your opponent least expects it, but if you VTOL at the wrong time and your opponent sees it coming you're a sitting duck for missiles or cannons, and it could be countered quite easily, knowing the Raiju is very limited in mobility when in VTOL mode, for example, one could just simply fly straight up as it spins around horizontally to follow for an attack. If you fly straight up the Raiju won't be able to follow in VTOL. There's many variables and situations that could happen, but it isn't recommended for beginners to attempt advanced VTOL manuevers, they definitely need to practice "vertical vtol rudder control" manuevers with friends in mock dogfights. Those would be the most effective type of VTOL maneuver as they're least expected of all and one could follow their opponent regardless if they fly horizontal or vertical. In short....if you're a beginner, use VTOL only in emergency situations or when your opponent sucks.

Things to note about the F-160, it's actually faster than it's own missles, meaning you'll often have your missles explode near you, it's speed turning into and out of hover mode is actually extremely fast making it a viable weapon in your arsenal, you can activate hover mode while in all orientations, sideways, upside down, don't matter, and it's maneuverability while in hover mode is just amazing.

@@alejandroquirio7901but it is significantly more manoeuvrable than the Hydra in hover mode. That’s the trade off. It’s also a more stable gun platform, making it easier to hit ground targets. Added to the fact the Raiju is impervious to all arms fire except explosive and FMJ rounds as well as explosives.

Use your vtol mode more often to make sharp turns. For some reason the brake/full thruster tech doesn’t work that good on the raiju. B-11 still outmaneuvers the raiju in a regular dogfight unless you start using the vtol mode to quickly turn. There’s a lot of tech involving the vtol mode in dogfights that are super crazy

Also when dogfighting jets that aren’t the new one, u don’t need to hold accelerate, or tap it, focus on being slow not fast and you’ll catch them off guard thank me later, trust me

Here’s a tip for dodging missiles a different way you can use your rudder with L1 and R1 just switch between the 2 to dodge missiles so basically rudder left for 1 sec and rudder right for 1 sec and continue to do that until the missiles are gone it’s with the speed of the aircraft along side the insane strength of the rudder that ur able to dodge missiles like that

yup for this jet in particular, you don’t want to be holding down the boost or tapping it unless you’re going up against gravity. it can out-turn the b-11 if you don’t use the throttle.

1. You can use the vtol model on the raiju to make some Janky maneuvers while fighting other jets but it takes a lot of skill to perform them 2. You can use the half track since it can take around 27 homing missiles and the front window of the truck is completely bulletproof

I had a blast yesterday helping out with cayo heist prep missions. A griefer was behind by CEO and I was just distracting him so the CEO could leave. By the 2nd mission he again destroyed me (I was on a Sparrow just acting as diversion). As soon as I got my hands on the Raiju, the table was turned and suddenly the griefer was running away from me. He pulled out a Lazer to fight me and I was just diverting him via stealth on-and-off. My CEO was doing the prep all at peace and I was having fun flying around lol.

The year is 2023 you wake up on a Saturday morning, make a fat bowl of cereal, and tune into Putther! Making me feel like I'm 12 again at 30 😂
