Look at this video and see how hard/easy it is to defend current fox-3 iterations. People are still crying for the fact that they cannot hug the ground to avoid radar missiles anymore when they could've fly high and fly defensive a bit instead.

I know what you mean but the Russian stock grind is horrible, we need to get to tier 4 for r27ER/R27r, tier 3 for r73 and tier 2 for r27ET, we are stuck with 2 et and r 73 for a while with poor flight performance as well as the fact that every other fox 3 out ranges the r77, combine this with a radar which can see people at 20km coming head-on at you something and flight performance then you will see what some of us are complaining about

@@TallyPatka-dz2cz stock grind is always horrid for almost everyone, it is not exclusive to russians. Also I don't think ET&ER is THAT bad. Things like sparrow are even worse. On the flip side I'll admit that R-73 is somewhat subpar compared to other advanced IR missiles at longer ranges and R77, -just like R73- is subpar compared to rest and ussr/russia is getting the short stick in this patch when they were among the most favourable ones in previous patches.

f15 has quickest scan I think (how fast it picks up the guy) but the mig 29smt has best gimble limit with 85 degrees

@@orbixss just wait for the su 27sm3, thay gets 170 degrees normally, but can mechanically move the radar to cover 270 degrees

@Orbixs_ I meant 240 degrees on the su 30 but also the su 57 is supposed to have a radar with upto 300 degrees of detection, and although this is confirmed, the radar after about 150 degrees starts to lose range as basically small radar are placed around the side of the plane rather than the traditional dish but in war thunder the range would be plenty

f-15a ? easy puff is a little slower gameplay but it doesn’t vary much just be more aggressive and you have it...
