My 93 F150 has about 320K and she's still running good. My daily driver right now.

Man bro my 92 5.0 just turned of today when I was about to start to mow but thank you hopefully the filter works and yes I bout mine off a Mexican that he’s boss sold it to him and he had sitting down since he’s boss sold it cuz he retired and it’s míne now. Thank you I’m Going to check that filter

Thank you for this perfect video. I really want to buy a 93 I think these vehicles are so beautiful. Everyone is telling me not to do it but it seems like the trucks made in the 2000s are full of problems and extremely difficult to work on.

It’s almost 2024 if you buy a 30 year old truck don’t be surprised if it doesn’t last another 3 years those trucks are old outdated and tired treat yourself to something newer you’ll be happy

​@jay1182 so your saying he shoudk sign up for a truck payment so he can drive a pretty truck that will make you take it to a dealership to fix even a basic problem on it. You can't even change the pads on new trucks without a scan tool

Have replaced harness, and it stopped shorting on Ford. These vehicles MUST have Maintenance and Check Tune-Ups Every Mileage Update Required. Maintenance in Between Is Essential whether parked or not. This Idle Air Control Value is important when Smog Required. If any short, repair wires for parts run on a continuity with Ford System and data on the vehicles will run short until major repair becomes essential. OB1/2 will also hide the small detail part and knowledge of Mechanics is Best Choice and where short could exist shorting other parts.

This video is proof that Ford's are more bullet proof than Chevy or dodge, a bitch to maintain but easy to work on and they'll still start when you need em to

I have a 92 f150 5.0 and yes, it’s bulletproof but my Chevy had 514,000 miles with no issues and no leaks and only shit the motor after a nut fell down the carb and got sucked in. It actually still ran after but sounded like a bag of hammers and smoked like a chimney. I ended up buying a brand new 350 from the dealer and replaced the 305 that it had. I think all these trucks were pretty bulletproof back in the day. Now, I’ve got a 21 f150 that replaced my 16. Both have horrible electrical issues. They just don’t make them like they used to.

Check fuel filter bet thats why its hard starting or weak fuel pump bet that would solve a lot of issues.

Clean the throttle body might help sometimes

if your truck leaks and it stops leaking one day immediately check fluid levels she didn't fix her self while your sleeping

My 89 Ford does this after the shop
