Thanks for posting. I remember watching this video years ago, my grandfather is interviewed at 4:23 in this. He worked on the aircraft in the 40s and headed up the restoration in the 80s. He retired in 1986 after 45 years with the company. He worked on every aircraft from the N3PB to the F-20. Many of the kids I grew up with had grandfathers who fought in WWII, me an my siblings were proud of our grandfather's contributions on the home-front.

i was going through my dad's stuff and came across some corrodided airplane partsand the box was labeled n3pb and i belive it is from the original a/c i live in palmdale and am thinking about visiting northrup to see if they are interested in it
