Don't expect Liverpool to do much business until August. You'd think Slot would want to work with his full squad first at least a few sessions before knowing what he needs. Mac Allister, Diaz, Nunez, Alexander-Arnold, Gomez, Konate, Van Dijk, Gakpo and Gravenberch are all still in the Euros/Copa America

Thnk god atleast some1 with a good knowledge of the game. People shouting for transfers when Arne hasn’t even worked with the full squad yet. How will he know who will a slot into his system . U want wing backs while under his system robo and Trent are already perfect. U want a defensive mid while endo and bajetic are still available u want forwards while salah is still in contract. Diaz and Nunez can be be amazing under him. For me give the manager this window to work with the squad and by January we will know where we need strengthening. Virgil /konate/quansah/gomez / along with two three top academy players in the backup available. Arne works and builds youngsters with low budget so let him cook first

I mean, yeah, Liverpool should sign players for Slot, they will, but when he talks about Liverpool's transfer window, he should mention at least Michael Edwards as new "CEO" of football or Hughes as Director of football. If you not familiar Edwards, he was the director of football, he had a major role in transfers, he was the guy who signed Salah, Mané, Van Dijk, Allison, Robertson for 8 million pounds to Liverpool. The fact that he came back for an even bigger role, brought in Richard Hughes,. The power dynamic of these two and their staff should be the biggest factor of Liverpool's current situation. I don't expect them to go big in this summer. What I except is they gonna sign hidden gems, just like they did with those guys.

Don't expect Eze to go to Arsenal. Not the profile of player that Arsenal need in the front at all

Eze can play LCM/LAM and LW. Martinelli is the backup for Saka not Eze. It was evident in last EPL match against Everton. There is a release clause of 60 million for Eze. Eze may not be young but these types of players can play even if they lost little bit of pace. He is a bit pacier version of Trossard and played as LWB for England. Arteta really likes players who can support fullbacks. London lad pretty close to Rice and Saka. Palace wants Nelson. Fulham going all in for Smith Row. Eze can do roles of both and far more unpredictable in the opposition box. I think this transfer has legs.

We want Eze because Martin Odegaard is our man creative man in the midfield and although he didn’t play in the euros he will eventually be so tired that we need a fill in somebody with that creative ability of Odegaard

We wanna win everything and compete for everything , the fixtures takes a toll on the players and the team cos they play a lot of games, the reason why man city been successful is just of depth

Eze to Arsenal makes sense if he's a rotation option and he's happy coming on for Saka or Martinelli/Trossard. Not a guaranteed starter but it would be a good signing for squad depth and like you say, come in and make an impact.

BS. Eze starts or he goes elsewhere. He's more skilful and talented than everyone you just listed. It's only in English football you see the most skilful players sat on the bench. In a proper football nation, Eze would be starting for the national team, especially a skill-deficient one like England.

Interesting thoughts. - dont think wirtz will go anywhere this season, he has to proove himself in the CL. - Eze is a good topic, i would see him at Arsenal, hope he wont cuz palace has been very good under Glasner. - Bowen should also stay at WH, had one good season and already 100m price tag, ridiculous. Overall it has been a good PL season, but no major player should really move, palmer, watkins, eze, they have been good, but in the euros they havent played their best. Only transfer i would like is Olmo from leipzig to go to the PL, very fast, accurate, good player. Otherwise its just speculations

The transfer market has gone weird. Remember when the January window closed and all the talk was about how quiet and underwhelming it was? I think this one's going to be similar. Clubs in Europe seem to be scaling back on prices a bit and PL clubs are all pissing themselves over FFP & PSR. And look, if a few dullish windows ultimately lead to a more sensible market down the line, we should get on board with that. Anything that means Jim White hasn't got anything to shout at us about, I'm in!

Why would Trent go anywhere? It’s a ridiculous scenario at the moment. Salah still wants to play at the highest level so moving wouldn’t make sense for him. He can continue to build on his stats at Anfield and compete for trophies. I don’t believe he’d play for another prem club so where would he go? VVD isn’t going anywhere for the same reasons.
