Thank you! Mybkit came without instructions online instructions make no mention of the blue wire so I was confused as 2 what 2 do with it. Even contacted sales and tech support and couldnt get an answer however u spelled it out clearly! Coil it up out the way and dont use it. Thanx again!!!

Can eps be added to a non eps Polaris rzr 900?

Follow this video, never mention a thing about the top support bracket from the top of the motor got to the wiring part & figured out I had to take pretty much everything back out to be able to mount the other bracket to the motor. Plus the mounting for the ecu is different on a rzr 1000. So if you are following this video for a 19 rzr 1000 better off following the paper instructions.

Hey guys hot does this unit differ from my stock one? I've got a 2018 ranger 900xp lifted on your guys 4 inch lift kit and high clearance forward offset aarms and 32 inch tires on 2 inch spacers and I can still turn with one finger super easy so just wondering if your motor is faster or more powerful more assist? Thanks

Is there a kit like this for the Pro xp4 ultimate?

Putting this on my turbo s velocity, how do you adjust the steering shafts and motor to get more length? I’m probably an inch short when I go to put the upper shaft on

There isn't a lot of adjustments to be had in the shafts. Be sure the pinch bolts are loose and slide the u joint to where you feel it needs to be. We do not make a kit for the Turbo S at this time, so that could be the problem.

Ok. Used impact on mine & now the steering pulls to right? Plz tell me i didnt brake my EPS? How to fix?

You will not need any additional wiring to install the EZ-Steer Power Steering unit.

What is done with the factory wiring… wrap it up out of the way? Does anything need to be jumpered on it? I am left with an EPS code 2 520230 31.

Unfortunately, since the factory EPS has been disconnected and an aftermarket kit installed in it's place, there will be a code because the machine is detecting a failure in the factory unit. There is no way to clear the code at this time.
