Did you remove the permanent gel with a dry q-tip and the neutralizer with a damp cotton? Or both dry?

The process of brow lamination is that you straight the hairs so and gives them a better direction so that when you get ready the only thing you have to do is go brush the brows.

I used the lash lift kit today for the first time from Thuvya, the glue dried really fast (in 1-2 seconds) which was great but taking it off was so painful because the glue was super dry. Please provide feedback on how to remove the glue off the eyelashes.
