In each city we will showcase a featured music artist and let hip hop speak for hip hop. We’ll explore the city’s history, racial climate, economic wealth gap, crime rate and police relations, and rap music scene though the voice of the hip hop culture bred in that city.
With rap music taking over mainstream, it seems as though everyone is speaking on and for hip hop besides hip hop! “EYE SHOT", a docu-series letting the hip hop culture in cities across the world tell us the side of the story the media hides or misinforms about. how NWA exposed the world to the rough streets of Compton, the Geto Boys hipping us to how things were handled in Houston, or uncle Luke showing us how the Miami party scene gets lit. Our pilot starts in the streets of Buffalo, New York. With our featured rap artist “Benny the Butcher” and the B.S.F. team.

Don't have to rap or sling dope to be a millionaire on the block. 5 yrs ago houses were going for 50k on the east and west side, now worth triple that. If you got a job and were smart and bought one to fix up and rent out u probably doing real good by now. I bought my first one with Obama down payment assistance and fixed it up and rented half and used the equity to buy another and did that a few times. It's not as crazy as it seems for normal people on the come up so your landlord probably doing pretty good if he has a few places and he probably doesn't live in no mansion or drive a Maybach. Probably lives near you and drives a work truck lol. If u live in a double now then do what u can to get a steady job and some credit to get a mortgage and then rent half and live in the other half. Not a lot of cities where u can do that but Buffalo u can

You think main st. Is shady? Thats the end of the eastside and that area across the street that sits in between the east and the westside is where mostly mid to higher income people live. Definitely not a shady part of town. Where you from lol

You don’t get much more affluent than the neighborhood Anchor Bar is in. Two buildings in across Main Street are $2,000+ per month apartments.
