I think the challenge here is to connect with her but without (mentally) attaching yourself to her stunning outer appearance. At times it might get a little intimidating but don't judge that, just observe while trying to be in the moment with her. Than a real connection takes place almost instantly, however you're just staring at a computer screen. Best form of meditation and a very good practice for guys who feel intimidated by very attractive women. When you do this on a regular basis you will find out that you'll also be fearlessly drawn to beautiful women in real life, because it somehow becomes second nature. I also love how she talks about missing to be careless like a child again towards the end of this video. So many things one has to worry about, because of social pressures and requirements and no escape in sight. In the end we're only human, sharing the same hopes, wishes and desires.

Wow, such a privilege to look into Andrea's eyes! Something she said at the end of the video, I found very thought provoking; she said she sometimes misses the relative care free nature of childhood compared to the burdens were are saddled with as adults in this current day. This is a profound and nearly universal longing. I think it says somewhere in the Bible, to be like little children; surely it doesn't mean it in a negative way, or to be immature, but rather to be: joyful, optimistic, inquisitive, humble, trusting, open, lavish with love, compassionate, kind, and full of faith, wonder and excitement. Like children. I'm so happy Andrea led me to remind Myself of these things!

This eye contact practice with Andrea is a wonderful help to improve eye contact with people in social situations and i was Lucky enough to actually get the chance to do this experiment with a pretty attractive woman i dated once for a while as I would be talking the most when we were together but she noticed this about me and suggested would i like to do a eye Contact practice without saying a word for at least ten minutes or more as we both couldn't help smiling at each other Half way through, but we both enjoyed doing it in the end.

Thank you so much for this. I like to be able to practice this important skill, especially with such attractive women. There does seem to be a balance to achieve. You don't want to stare, but you do need to make ongoing, if intermittent, eye contact to communicate effectively. Some people need to look away to think upon a proper word or new thought, which seems to be okay. I am liking to practice tallking while I watch these; it feels very beneficial and gratifying, as the people's faces are kind and receptive. Sometimes people will make weird faces to be manipulative, negligent, or hateful and I think the practice with the video helps to more easily tolerate that occasional person.

It is just that when I read sentences like that I still get angry today -- not because of you or whoever writes them -- but simply because I can feel this guys pain and I know that most of the women are completely unaware of the problems that many young, unsuccessful men have. Another good example for what women say to men like him is "oh don't worry everything is gonna be alltright and it's just a matter of time until you find the right one". Women have good intentions saying that. They want to calm and to give hope or simply get out of this situation in peace and don't wanna be bothered with this kind of problems. But saying things like that is a very female thing -- I heard stuff like that several times too. The problem is: It doesn't help. Many boys / young men are desperate, they want to grow up and become real men and want to be perceived as such by women and other men but nobody takes care of their development because many fathers are completely absent or have never grown men themselves and have no idea. Young unsuccessful men don't need wishes, condolences or calming words like "don't worry", young unsuccessful men need many kicks in their ass, they need the truth to be told to them regularly! Maybe it works for women, but it doesn't help men. So once again, I'm sorry for my reaction. Write what you want. I just wanted to raise some awareness. If your intention is to really help guys like him by commenting then my recommendation is to give him a friendly kick and encourage him to become active. Just gently gaze from left to right and the other way round. Another trick is to focus at the center of her nose, however you'll be missing her beautiful eyes.

You can do it however you'd like just be confident in it. Look at one, look at both it doesn't matter. What matters is not thinking abt things like this and simply be in the moment for a connection to form. You should be so in the moment that your mind goes quiet and you're just bonding

While I appreciate the effort it feels like cheating as you are not present with the girl so face to face eye contact entirely different thing. Here you tell your mind that the girl is not seeing your expression and so she can't judge you.

Oh, it's just an art project so that's why it's weird, it's unusual and it's not the reality.

Love all these videios. Hmmm, though, is it just me or do the mouth movements here sometimes seem almost overtly sexual? as an older guy, its uncomfortable like a high schooler is tying to hit om ne or something. I would like just average everyday conversational eye contact. On to other videos : ). I also would like to see some videos without the music, bec types of music (like movie scores) have a direct effect on the emotions that would not normally be present in an average social situation...love the actual conversation at the end though. That helped me see her a a real person not just a face.
