To be honest i wasn't really trying to be kind. I like your attitude and i wish more people were like that. You did something good and it seemed to actually surprise you, like you didn't expect it. Not like the others on KZread who think they are all so great then you said you were going to keep trying and trying to do better each day. Just impressed me. Most people aren't that way. Made me have a good day knowing there really are good people out there. God Bless.

If I remember correctly I created that metallic color 🤔 i think i had a pinkish metallic that I added dark pink or red into. Anyhoo... what I'm saying is you can totally create your colors :)

Yes, Mely is right. I add metallic silvers, golds, colorshifts to my create what color my eyeballs crave to see, don't worry! Once you venture into the mixing the opportunities are endless and you sometimes discover your favorite color cannot be bought🎨🤗

Mely, this is so pretty. I live the blues and the pinkish paint didn't take over. Also the clouds/Pearl's behaved good. I have asked about 4 artists about a problem with the paint once I stretch and its dry. No one will answer me. I get a disintegrated look around my pearls and in parts where there is white touching the paint. When it dries it looks like crap. Do I have too much water? I use Liquatex, Golden, Artist Loft and Arteza Plus the metallics and Extreme sheen. If you have any ideas or not let me know please. Thanks for your videos and your hard work. You are an awesome artist

If I may interject here, I had this problem as well until i quit using straight water to thin. I now only use a 75/25 H2O/Floetrol or extra liquitex or airbrush medium which is very thin and 100% acrylic. No more melted cells but it becomes a little bit trickier finding the right consistency for the cells to rise. If u are using the Satin enamel white and your ratio of satin enamel to plain acrylic (preferably artist loft flow acrylic as per Mely) the cells will get thru. Hope it helps some. Im glad I didn't give up when I was experiencing this.

This is beautiful! When doing this type if pour (i am new to this) do u not want cells to develop? Also what is the mixture in ur paints(straight paint w/anything added to them)?? Thanks for ur help!

Wanting cells is a question of taste and control. When you're starting out all you want are cells. Anywhere and everywhere. Once you get the hang of which paints and consistencies do what and when and you control your cells... then you only want them in specific areas or pours. In this one I only wanted a few like in the painting. BUT I'm working with a new white mix and I'm not 100% sure how far it will react using different brands and techniques. Normally for me in a ring pour I don't want cells. In this painting it still worked:) Too much info?

I understand what you’re doing saying about the cells thing... what is mixed with your paints(ratio& add-ins) I’ve watched a ton of videos but still just cannot make myself start one... and i believe i have bought both high end paints etc & some less expensive ones bc i read to start with those first (which of course i don’t want to do bc i want it to look the best it can)... blah blah blah....

@@tgaudet5926 if you don't practice you'll get nowhere. Stop watching videos. Stop buying tons of products. Start with paint and water and practice preparing it, pouring it and moving it to see what happens. It is not as easy as it looks ;) I use paint, real pouring medium (it'll be written pouring medium on the bottle) and water to prepare all my paints.

Every brand reacts differently and needs a different ratio of water. There is no point watching videos you have to try it :)
