My remote I just unpacked has only 7 options not 9. So it's impossible to pair it with an mobile app to click possibility "OTHER" .. what should I do with it??
Crashed at 30 after this video but the board was sick 🤙 tighten your trucks and start with gear 3 lol

my guess is that this enables the parking brake feature. Too bad it's not compatible with free mode.

My remote only has 7 options, rather than 9. I assume this is old firmware, but I’m not sure how to update it, since 8/9 is where you pair it with the app. Do you have any suggestions?

Same problem for me aswell, HMU if you know how to fix it. I sent an email complaining to exway.....

@@edgyesp I figured out they sent me the wrong remote, made me pay for the shipping to return it and pay another 9dollars for a price difference which I don’t think I ordered the wrong remote I think they just sent the wrong one I remember kicking for the atlas pro not the flex

My atlas pro remote arrived separately from the board and I can’t get it to do anything but say Disconnected! After it turns on.

I've lost my remote of my exway wave, is it compatible or possible to buy back?
When is the next wave 2 coming ? Also where is the discount on the wave on the Canadian essay site?

For some reason my board went into safe mode after unlocking the different gears and top speeds? Does anyone know how to get back into the regular gear modes and out of safe mode?

I used the exskate app to turn off baby monitor protocol
It's not really USB-C. It only works with USB-A to USB-C cables.
