🔴 Extrinsic Semiconductor || SEMICONDUCTOR - 07 || in HINDI
In Physics video we explained extrinsic semiconductor and its types for class 12 in Hindi with diagram and formula. Extrinsic semiconductors are made by adding impure to intrinsic semiconductor materials like silicon or germenium. The process of muxing impurity is called doping, the impurity is called dopant and the extrinsic semiconductor is also known as doped semiconductor.
There are two types of extrinsic semiconductor, viz., n type and p type semiconductor. When a pentavalent atom is added as impurity, it is known as n type semiconductor and when a trivalent atom is added as impurity, it is known as p type semiconductor.
Extrinsic semiconductor has much more electrical conductivity as compared to the intrinsic semiconductor.

Hmmm ekdum intresting 🔥😀😀😀
The thing that has to be noticed is you added adds in video only when you Switch topics or pages It's a good idea of enabling adds at that particular time it Thank you
Earlier i wasn't able to answer that why e from pentavalent atom doesn't leave a hole when it is gone into conduction band. It is because e will jump into that positive region only when the energy that comes out is high. In case of pentavalent atom energy release is less so e will not jump in it so it is not called as hole. Thanks for solving this problem.
Your explanation is very very more easy and understandable
I am watching this video in 2024 for my viva ❤ It helps a lot sir Thanku sir ❤

Hi
Very helpful
Thank you very much sir ye topic mujhe kabhi samajh ni aaya tha but aaj ye mujhe bahut acche se smajh me aaya he
Sir agr silicon ka crystal khud ma hi stable ha as iske octet pure ha to woh dopant kyu accept krega?
Thank you sir for your beautifully explained lectures. Has lectures for B. Sc been uploaded -- sorry, I am a late entrant to this. Also sir, could you let me know which software you are using for this visual presentation - I found them quite handy for lectures.
Sir ur voice ☺❤
sir sach mai study bhohot asan do geya hai. mai physics honours youtube se hi par raha hu. no tusn. thanks app jaise youtube sir ko.
Gajabbb padate ho sir,👍👌
Sir apki explain karne ka tarika bahut achha hai aur apki awaj v bahut achha hai
Concentration of dopant is less as compare to whole semiconductor then how no. Of electrons is greater than holes in n type
thanks sir
Love you 💖💖💖💖💖 sir ji 😘😙😙😙
SIR why we are not adding trivalent's electron here 26:53 like previous 14:35 [both will free electron if T>0'k so we should add both ? ]
Up board student ke liye AAP hi helpful hai only because you teach Hindi
very good video
I ENJOYED
Nice sir g
Sir, hame transistors(BJT, JFET, MOSFET) ka frequency ke saath working samajhao. Frequency generation, receiving frequency (how to receive frequency, how to generate frequency and calculation with example with practice)
Thaaaannnkuuuuuu sirrr🎉 🤓🤓🤓🤓
sir only P-N junction par video banao 👍
Sir sabse achhe ho,😊😊😊😊😊😊
Sir polarization par video banao
Amazing
Sir, I have a question. Suppose I have a p-type semiconductor. So in room temperature the neighbour electron will easily detach and fill the 3-valenced molecule. But if the temperature is nearly 0k, then will this action happen? I mean will the neighbour electron detach?
Lajawaab sir
bst explanation ❤👌👌👌👌

17:57 18:05 19:00 To free 5th valance electron we don’t necessary to reach Room Temperature. Before that it will be free
the main concept i learned here is that loosely bounded electronsad does not pruduce holes!!!
Bhut maza Aaia sir
Nanoteachnology per video banao
SIR PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW EXTRENSIC SEMICONDUCTORS ARE ELECTRICALLY NEUTRAL??PLEASE PLEASE, SIR
Sir are your videos ok for jee mains
Sir why the current due to motion of hole is called conventional current
Sir Jo impurity us nucleus ki jagah leta hai vah us nucleus ki jagah kaise leta hai
SIR MY QUESTION FROM DIFFERENT TOPIC WHICH I CAME ACROSS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DIFFRACTION AND INTERFERANCE?

sir 24:54 pe aapne bola ki octect complete nahi hua impurity wale atom ka to waha to hole hai hi na ab aapne dusre atom se electron ko temperature badha kar impurity wale atom ke pass bheja to jaha se electron nikla waha pe hole aagaya baat to whi hai fir electon ko kyu bhejna hai
He lowkey sounds like BIG BOSS

Pehle wah sthaan Khali tha kyoki acceptor level empty tha na par jab electron waha gaya toh electron jaha se gaya waha hole create hua
