I just did an interior - exterior clean and detail on my 2000 4Runner . Mine was very close to the level of filth as yours . My wife would not ride in it when I got it 😂 . What is the best way to clean my dirty headliner in it ? Again thanks for all the great informative videos Donnie

My 3rd gen was so dirty after 20 years. I had to remove all the carpets and seat covers ( removed all the covers from the seats) to wash them thoroughly. That brush attachment was useless, I had to hand scrub multiple times. It's spotless now and no stains anywhere and no smells . Simple Green works best for me and it's cheap.

Any chance you could tell me what’s in the spray bottle for interior cleaning and the spot treatment for the carpet? Looks good and I’m dealing with the same problem. Just picked up a 99 4Runner

Excellent video. Josh, for the beginner and novice, why did you choose not to use a steam cleaner for the interior door panel and interior, and instead agitated with a detail brush? Does the latter provide a more thorough cleaning?

Good question! I like to use super clean and a brush on really dirty panels because i feel like the foaming action helps to pull more dirt out. Also, since it an older vehicle steam could potentially pull sone of the color from the panel if you over work it so i wanted to play it safe!

Did you use the 3D all purpose cleaner on the interior?

Damn your good. I only use Clorox wipes to clean my car lolol

I try to use as little chemical as possible and the hot water from the extraction loosens stains and dirt on its own
