So It's april9th 2020 its pandemic stay at home (I don't go anywhere anyway) lol but I'm tearing my studio (with a bed) (my bedroom... I'm a live-in nanny) apart! Sorting, organizing, making storage, etc. and my KZread is running random videos of craft room show and tells. I look up occasionally if anyone says something to piqued my curiosity and BTW LOVE what you've done! AND That desk!!! I'm sure you feel honored! Anyways... I heard you mention "Peter Pan" !!! OMG!!! i'm IN LOVE WITH WHAT YOU HAVE DONE!!!! I'm such a big fan and btw my favorite ride at Disneyland too! I'm 49 years old and won't grow up! My mom... Rest her soul use to call me "Peter" (I have 8 yes I said 8 kids who are my lost boys! AND now 9 grandbabies! I just wanted to stop what I was doing and say hi so "Hi"! Love your craft room and your sweet sweet collection and what you have done for them!!! Be safe and take care! xoxo @MercyTiara Now back to work! (I was just going to clean off my work table from the last project! IDK what happened! I guess its worse before it gets better! Yikes! lol

I have watched all of your room tours, and I have taken notes and lessons from not only the way your organize and sort things but also the way you set up your recollections cubes!! But there was one little sentence in this video that made me actually yell, "Oh my Gosh!" and that was when you said, you stuck the two sticky sides of contact paper together to make your own stencil material. BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!! Since last year's tour, you've really pared down your precious dolls, cleaned the corner to use the island you made, and added an outstanding floor! I just love your room. I don't scrapbook, other than making mini albums, but I use some of your ideas for my mini albums or cards. I am more into rustic and distressed, but I still love the bright colors you use! Also, I love your tours and Q&A/chats! I am wondering if you have a channel where you share your mixed media journey? I love mixed media, too!! Thanks for sharing!! This tour could have been 4 hours and I would have watched every minute!!!

I watched the whole thing as I am trying desperately to organize my space and I do multiple crafting media like you. Found a number of your storage solutions could be helpful to me. Thank you. Also, if not already suggested, but to use a wax candle or bar of soap on the bottom parts of your drawers will make them pull easier and should stop the squeak.

Love your craft room!! So I heard you say you use to be a SU demonstrator.. I have been one for a year and never have made any money yet! If I don't make any money to cover things to keep me going I will be out! We just can't afford to keep buying what I need without any sales to cover my cost! Everyone keeps saying just stick with it and it will happen but they don't understand is my hubby is the only one who works and has money coming in to pay our bill's and we just can't afford to keep paying for extra things! I have not even been out of my house to do any shopping and that includes the Dollar Tree since before Christmas! That's how hard it is for us! I have been trying to get my craft room reorganized and get back into it so I can quit crafting in my kitchen but I have been waiting till we have the money to get some things I need in there! With my health I just can't redo the entire room again so this needs to be the last time for me and I want to fix it up and make it a real HAPPY PLACE for me to craft in and do art in! My daughter bought me a nice comfy chair and it is a big chair so I need room for it. I have a small table that I got years ago from the thrift shop to use as my desk. It's not working because I can't fit anything under it for storage so I am needing another desk or table to work at and hoping to get something to go around the corner of my room with the way it's shaped. This would work best for me. IKEA is too expensive so I have asked my hubby to take me to LOWS one Saturday and see if we can make something from there that won't cost us as much. Thank's for sharing your craft space and have a blessed day 😇💜💕🍀

tfs I love watching Craft Room Tours! Yours' was wonderful! All tours are wonderful, but I enjoy ones like yours' best because they are REAL, and, useable, and economically feasible, not just a showroom, but an actual working space. lol You never fail to inspire me when I watch your videos, as your use of colour, materials, the layouts in general, all appeal to my sense of design. Though I have not yet endeavored much into mixed media, your videos make me think I MIGHT just have to give that a try. Smiles. ~BLESSINGS~

Amazing video Mercy. Very Organized. What are dimensions of your room? The room I use is 10' W x 11' 2" L + a slider door closet to length. I would love a She shed 12 or 14' x 24'. This is unlikely to happen. My front room (Living/Dining) has spill over with a dining table and long folding table for working on. I do not like this room being invaded by scrap stuff. However it works for now.

I recently emptied out my craft room and went through most of the items. My problem is I don’t know how to set it up completely. I don’t know what to do with all my scraps, embellishments and so on. My husband solved my washi tape problem, he also solved my stencil/ kiwi lane stuff and the made a wonderful standing shelf for my paper punches. I think I also have too much stuff in general. I have a spot for my quilling stuff that takes up several drawers in my plastic caster containers with drawers, I like making fabric flowers but the fabric is on my door in a shoe holder. I don’t know, I’m overwhelmed... and don’t feel great in the room because I feel like there is too much stuff. I feel better since getting my rascog so I don’t forget what I have for alphas and word embellishments. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Tfs
