Love NUNO, can’t stand Gary, w them or VH. That’s why I never got into Extreme as a band😢😂

Gary never good enough on live.. Even when he was young. Terrible.. But he actually had a good voice at recording

Actually there are some good live examples of him killing it live with Extreme. A serious high point is everything he did at the Freddie Mercury tribute. He was absolutely incredible there. He destroyed his voice by not using proper singing technique and just singing 110% same as Meatloaf.

Let's not forget when he was in his 20s-30s, he never mastered high pitches. I liked his style though. Now he's over 50 (and so his vocal cords).

I love Gary, and understand him not hitting the higher notes. I am a singer and will be sixty soon. I can't hit the high notes like before. I just sing in a lower key. Gary is fifty-eight so I am not surprise that he sings better on a lower scale. I love his voice, even with the aging vocal chords.
