In this video, I am giving my teenage sister an extreme bedroom makeover on a budget! Very clean, minimal, Scandinavian bedroom inspired, and a bit modern. Everything from painting walls, new Ikea furniture, curtains, and new bedroom decor. Shoe storage is below the bed (sorry I forgot to film). The white paint made a huge difference. Love the dresser accessories. Your sister really loved it.
The light walls and lighter furnishings really helped to open that small space up - tremendous difference, from dreary and tight to light and airy 🥳

Beautiful job! I wonder whether she would like the beige ceramic lamp remade to coordinate with the vessels you upcycled so beautifully and put on the bureau? If I lived there I'd put a blush pink faux fur rug on the floor. You gave her the latitude to style it as she matures and finds her way. What a wonderful brother.

Over here we just never chop the pillows... only old people do this. Funny, right?! I am glad you took the candle away from the nightstand. For safety reasons. So nice to have a brother upgrading a shoebox.

It's very similar to SW Pure White
Perfect except I kept wondering what you were going to hide the fuse box with, like a picture or a mirror over it but I may have missed noticing in the end?

I used nothing. It's in an awkward corner so placing anything will look off in my opinion.

It essentially is Pure White by Sherwin Williams
The paint makes the room look larger.
