breakups are so so hard! especially when they end mutually, it feels even harder to let go of. the healing will always fluctuate up and down and that's okay :) it's okay to cry whenever you need to, even if it feels like a lot of time has passed. trying to resist the pain can make it feel even more insufferable. i've had a similar experience recently so i'm right there with you! the insecurity part is so real, but it does become the best time to be gentle with ourselves. i hope you feel better with your glow up, but know that even without it you're still glowing!

Here's some Indian advice for your hairs Erica ... 1. never ever brush your wet hair 2. You can use coconut oil for strong hair and damage repair, leave oil on the scalp overnight once a week 3. You can braid you hair sometimes it prevents split ends I hope it'll help you ❤

Also ^^^ im surprised the OG commenter put coconut oil and not mustard or amla which are far more popular in India I think, but then again idk, I’m not Indian so maybe not

I went through a break up in August and have been no contact since September. I completely understand how you feel, grieving someone that is still here. My 2 year relationship ended and it hit me so hard. The most difficult part for me was to accept that things were over. Please do not rush the healing journey, feel everything. Process the breakup and everything you feel. Im still healing from my breakup but things are much better. I no longer cry when I talk about it. I realized so much from it, I came to the realization that I deserved more. Anything that is meant for you will stay and anything that isn't will go. The universe is always working in your favor. Anyone that is going through a breakup or healing from one I promise it gets better!! And know that you are loved
