The Laundry room is great!! When my children were small, I used folding laundry as my prayer time. I would pray for each person as I folded their laundry.

Karrie, I have literally thought about this video all day today after I watched last night. You are incredibly talented and inspire me to branch out and try new things. I have no idea how to use any power tools but this video gave me the push to try to learn. You should be so proud of yourself and know we are all so proud of you!

Also if you ever need to move furniture over new floors especially lino, we always put washing up liquid, I think you call it dish soap onto the feet/bottom of the piece and it slides across without tearing it :) x

This might be my favorite of all your makeovers! Great idea to extend the fill in shelves to create a corner rather than just a hidden straight shelf. That worktop will really improve the functionality of the laundry

Oh that lizard!!😂😂 I got up one morning last year and started turning the corner to the kitchen. There was this lizard with his head popped up right in front of the refrigerator and I screamed!! It never moved. So I go back into Timothy’s hunting closet, got the BB gun, and came back to the kitchen and I just shot it. No aim at all. It never moved. So I set my sights on it, aimed, and and got it. It literally did a back flip dead. I was so proud that I left it on the floor to show Timothy when he got home. He laughed and asked why didn’t I throw it outside. I was afraid it would come back alive😂😂🤩🤩. Your remodel on the laundry room is so beautiful!!! I love it!!

The laundry room looks so good! I think adding a second shelf above the washer/dryer would bring your eye up. Also a mirror on the back wall would bounce all of that great light. You did a fantastic job!

Yes a mirror on that back wall would look amazing! When she was doing the after I was like that back wall needs something like a picture but I love the idea of the mirror!

I love this so much - you are so talented! Here is an idea for a project for you.... a cabled padio type roof to join your laundry room and outdoor area do your back sliding glass doors - that way you have shade/cover from the elements when you are walking out to the laundry etc.... xxx

Great job. My husband makes furniture but he needs ALL the goodies. A million tools benches clamps and girl your almost a fly by your pant. Your work is beautiful. Never stop your great

You need a work table and a couple of paint-lips to catch you paint drips, cause you have a great eye for renovation/ design and color; and your such a go- getter, you don’t give up because of a few mistakes; your an inspiration to beginners. Great job.😊🕊️🙏❤️

Wow, that is one my favourite makeovers you've done. Love the flooring and cabinets. You could buy a rotary clothes line which you can store away in really bad stormy weather.

Your laundry room turned out adorable. You did a great job. You mentioned the basket would hold all the odd socks that are missing their mate. I found out that it's not the dryer that eats socks, it's the washing machine. Washing machines have a double walled drum in them and if the load is large little things like socks will creep up to the top and slip down in between the drums. We had a washing machine repaired when we moved into our house and when he took it apart he found six or seven small socks! So now we know. So the only way to not lose socks is to do small loads or put all your socks in mesh bags. So there's your tip for the day. Lol Love what you did with the laundry room especially the wood countertop.

You work so hard with "normal" folks budgets and get such great results.

i have never even drilled a nail in the wall but i am so inspired to update my laundry room in a much simpler fashion as this is going to be my first ever DIY!!! thanks a ton!! that tip of using a tape before drilling the handle holes was extremely useful!! your husband is blessed!!

It turned out so great!! I would recommend a foam roller when painting the cabinets. Specifically when using a darker color too. That can help with how the finish comes out. Great job as always!!

That space turned out beautifully! The colors you chose go perfectly together and I absolutely love that cabinet color. You are a rock star girl, you should be proud of yourself for the things you can accomplish. Women doubt themselves way too often and you are an amazing reminder to many that we can accomplish anything we put our mind to. I use the Armenhammer laundry detergent in the liquid and I love it, smells so good. Ive never tried the powder before. Just curious, what do you use baking soda for? Clothes pins are hand for everything. I have a jar like that in my laundry room too. I put clothes pins on chip and cereal bags, pair up mittens, hold project teceipts together, you name it. I dont use the clotespins for laundry but i love having a big supply of them and having a dedicated spot to put them right back.

You always seem to blow me away! The laundry room is absolutely beautiful.
