    While I can't speak for others, I have personally experienced successful hair regrowth. So, back in the days, I would suffer from thin hair, hairfall, and brittle hair problem. During that period, I discovered this liitlextra reactivate hair serum for growth, which consists of all the essentials for hair growth. I used it daily, followed by a healthy diet and 30 minutes cardio exercise everyday, and I literally saw phenomenal results in 90 days. Along with all of these, I added badam, drinking mousambhi juice or pomegranate juice everyday.

    Pre-Poo Rinse (DO NOT LEAVE IN) Helps detangle, reduces shedding, moisturize stimulate blood flow to the scalp, which stimulates hair growth - Black OR Green Tea Rinse: 2 Tea Bags, 2tbs fenugreek powder, 2 tbsp glycerin, 1 cup hot water (steep, then cool down) - Pour tea mixture into spray bottle, then add 1/4 cup aloe vera juice,1 tbsp honey Pre-Poo Deep Conditioner - 1/2 cup conditioner, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp castor oil, 4 tbsp melted shea or cocoa butter, 1 tbsp MSM powder, 2 tsp amla powder, 1/4 cup glycerin - Add more conditioner if you want a thicker consistency I. Cleanse & Condition 1. Section hair into 4 sections 2. Spray hair with Pre-Poo Rinse 3. Coat hands with Pre-Poo Deep Conditioner and work it in your hair from root to ends while detangling 4. Put your hair in large twists or braids 5. Put on plastic cap w/heat for 1 hour 7. Leave Twist or braids in while shampooing (mint shampoo) 8.Condition 9. Leave-in Conditioner (generously coat, especially your ends) II. Protective Style Work in sections (Use mini, medium or chunky twists and/or braids) Best to work on natural hair because the weave will start to absorb the product more than your real hair. Can wear under wigs, but may be wet under wig cap or will have to do this on weekend to allow real hair to breathe & air out. - Apply curl cream (Ors Unleashed Shea Butter & Honey Curl Defining Crème, Shea Moisture Curl Stretch Pudding, TGIN Miracle RepaiRx Curl Food Daily Moisturizer) - Seal ends w/grease or butter then style (Blue Magic Coconut Oil Hair Conditioner, - No wash & go and no braid or twisting hair w/weave III. Moisture Maintenance (every 3-days) - Spray hair w/aloe mix (aloe vera juice, water & vegetable glycerin) or Alaffia Everyday Coconut Toner - Apply curl cream over hair - Seal ends w/DIY ends sealant (1 Jar of Murry's Beeswax, 2 tbsp Shea Butter, 1 tbsp castor Oil, 5 scoops of MSM Powder, 2 tbsp Honey) - Stretch hair (W/rubber bands or scrunchies) IV. Scalp Massage Xtreme Hair Growth Oil - Castor Oil, Amla Gold Oil, Rosemary Oil - Bring 1/4 Olive Oil to a bubble, then add a few shakes of dried rosemary until golden brown Let cool, then place in oil jar - Use the inversion method & massage scalp 4 minutes a day V. Modifications - Relaxed Hair: Omit the protective style for step 2. Just add more leave-in conditioner instead of the curl cream and add heat protectant. Step 3 focus on sealing ends with a light oil such as castor oil. - Type 1 & 2 Hair : Step 1 use argan oil or jojoba oil instead of the melted shea or cocoa butter. The butters will weigh it down. Step 2 omit the protective style, and add a lightweight leave-in conditioner and heat protectant. - Locs: Omit the protective style. Moisturize & retwist locs w/loc products & seal ends.

    They sell that same brand of MSM in the pill form too!Game changer for my hair.I took it with Collagen, and OMG.Don't get me started on the henna masks...My hair is almost arm pit length now. I started my REAL hair journey during the pandemic. I say real because I was following other people hair regimens before, instead of a regimen that worked for MY hair. I never tried MSM directly to my hair but I am going to do your challenge and try this. Ive always ingested MSM with LOTS of WATER. I had very fragile, short , and shedding hair my whole childhood. I knew my hair had potential to grow, I just needed to know how to take care of it. I learned that everyones hair is different, some peoples hair can be genetically stronger, weaker, thinner, thicker, etc...Once you learn what your hair needs, it will grow, and will be healthy. We have to learn that our hair is like a plant, it needs to be handled with care, and it needs water/moisture in order to grow! I agree with your methods on how to obtain healthy, long hair. Thank you for the tips. I don't do prepoos and I feel this will really take my hair to the next level! Thank you for sharing!

    Hello, I hope everyone is having a nice day. I’m still in my teen years and I’ve been focused on growing my hair as naturally as possible for the past 3 years. I have beautiful 4c, bleached, low porosity hair. I tried this for a month (so far), did my own research on top of everything she said and my hair grew, I RETAINED the new growth/length, and my hair is healthy. What I did: 1. Pre-Poo Tea: Fenugreek, black tea, rosemary, and a couple cloves (I did my own research and added what I knew worked). I added the msm powder to the mixture when it cooled. Then (separately) I had leave-in conditioner and did as instructed for the rest of this step (I sectioned my hair into 8 loose twists and deep condition with heat). 2. Protective Styles: I kept my hair in mini twists for this challenge, I oiled my scalp every two days and moisturized the ends with shea butter and a little bit of leave-in conditioner every 6 days. (I washed my hair once in the twists; I wash bi-weekly) Around the two week mark I trimmed my hair (because I felt I needed it, it’s unnecessary to the process; just thought I should mention it just in case. I don’t trim my hair often btw, maybe twice a year). 3. Re-moisturize: I combined water with leave-in and a couple scoops of msm powder and sprayed it on my hair. (Sis wasn’t joking about that powder, it’s been working wonders) I oiled it afterwards to keep it in (I have low porosity). I also make my own oil infused with: coconut oil, grape speed oil, olive oil, fenugreek seeds, clove, and rosemary, with a couple droplets of tea tree and peppermint essential oils. 4. Scalp Care: I massaged my scalp in the inversion method EVERY day for about 10-15mins during this challenge. Sometimes I just dangled off my bed😭One thing I learned is consistency is key. Well… that was what I did. A little background: I did a big chop during quarantine in 2020 (my hair from the front was above my eyebrows and in the back, 2 inches down my neck), and I’ve been obsessed with growing my hair since. I’ve never had long hair, no one in my family has long hair. Before this year, my hair has NEVER passed my shoulders. From the top of my head, my hair just barely goes passed my chin and from the back, it reaches my shoulder blades. I made this comment because I know what I’m talking about; I’ve done years of researching and tests, this is working. Thank you so much Ms. Deanna for all your research efforts to help me break the plateau 🥰. Note: This is going to take time regardless, keep going, the results are worth it. Don’t give up🤭🌸

I remembered not using grease on my hair when I first went natural because most youtubers were preaching it ain't good for your natural hair. Lies, lies, lies. Let me tell y'all... I started using grease back in my hair 3 weeks ago with my leave in and curl creame and best decision I've made. My hair has never been so soft and shiny. I was so mad with myself for not using it sooner. 😊

    To remove bubbles trapped in the product.... Have you tried slamming it shortly after pouring it ...take the jar or bottle and lightly tap it on a hard surface a for about 10 - 20 times to jar out the bubbles ...that's called slamming. Also, with liquid or semi-liquid products... You can pour very slowly, thin line from a distance that reduces the bubbles while it's being poured into the jar or bottle.

    Amen. Just ordered MSM. I'm washing my hair ounce a month. I hope I don't have any reaction with MSM. I already take enough supplements, keep my hair stretched at the roots and braided or twisted. I do scalp massages too. So most of my efforts will be on non wash days with oils, re-moisturize, sealing ends,, scalp massages 💆‍♂️ diet, supplements and drinking lots and lots of water.

    Hi Jackie, Hi Deanna. Deanna: “I’m not saying your hair is going to grow down your butt.” Me: “Lord, Father…with You, nothing will be impossible.” 😅😅😅😅 For green tea users, it’s perfectly fine substitute for black tea. If you don’t have a deep conditioning cap or heated cap, I warm up my conditioner (not a microwave but place it in a container and put said container in a larger container containing hot water) instead and quickly put the shower cap over it for the time specified on the product. Okay, got what I needed! LETS GOOOOOO!!’ Amen!! I have healthy hair and thus long hair!

    I was wondering does blue magic grease expire?

  • @azizahmuhammad3192
    @azizahmuhammad3192 Жыл бұрын

    I started my 30 day challenge today…(Sunday/Washday Feb 29,2023) after stumbling across your video (about extreme growth) and then binge watching this one. 1. Tea rinse minus glycerin cuz I don’t have anymore (yet)…✅ 2. Deep conditioner BEFORE washing which is a TOTAL change in my usual regimen (I used to do it after washing) but in the spirit of change I will follow your instructions as much as I possibly can. I didn’t have ALL the ingredients (I was missing shea butter in the DC) but I soldiered on. ✅ Then I washed …conditioned with Aussie 3 min miracle not suave (hope that’s cool) in the shower which AGAIN was a welcome change as I usually DC AFTER washing but moving on… ✅ 4. Styling was where I made the most significant change which I’d like your opinion on. I have 2 daughters so wash day is NOT/never just about me. So to save time I usually split my hair into two halves (down the middle) then use a leave in, Camille rosé conditioning cream and then (I’m with you) the holy grail blue magic grease. THEN after a few days when I go in to re-moisturize I either do the same thing (cuz again…2 daughters with LOTS of hair😁🤷🏽‍♀️) . Now…my question is should I make the effort of mini braids/twists once my hair is dry & a little stretched OR can I just re-moisturize and then put my two trusty braids back in but just make sure I do my scalp massages daily (which as a mom will be tough to not forget but I guess that’s what reminders in one’s phone is for. At any rate, I love your honesty, I adore your authenticity and I’m hoping your plan is FINALLY the one to get my hair passed my shoulders as I’ve been natural for about a decade and have just seemed to hit the MOTHER of all plateaus and am praying that this plan is finally the one to change that. Keep up the great work/content. Those like me (who’re sick of the content with no actual value) are DEFINITELY watching. 😊💯❤️😊💯

    what about TWA, its hard to stretch it so part two parts in pull it back into a bun, and no, lol its not tight. I'm retraining my hair after I had shaved it off- then neglect it because I wanted locs and was blindsided. Then one day lol, randomly I decided to finger could my hair and then I saw my curl pattern was super different before I shaved it/damaged it- they coil now there literally like shirley temple curls and after that lol I said fuck locs- and here we are. I already know the basics, since I was already growing my natural hair out- but this method is insane, my hair already grows super fast, but this??? oh I and differently doing this and it will increase my hair growth. thank you!
