Thank you for this video. I’ve been in a cleaning rut for so long. I have depression, anxiety, and I’m disabled. I now just do little bits every day so I don’t get over whelmed and exhausted. Your voice and music is calming. Thank you Jenny. ♥️PS I have that same fridge and have gone through two freezer handles! Im leaving it broken. SMH

This was my quarterly reminder to vacuum behind my fridge!!

I love the long videos because I don’t have to find a new one to watch. I put it on and go to town cleaning with you. If I go to a different room I take my phone or iPad to keep listening and watching while I continue cleaning. If I am done and there is more video, I sit and relax until it is over.

I think it’s great that you let Alex help you. Kids should be encouraged to help clean. It teaches them the value of cleanliness but more importantly, you want your kids to grow into competent adults who know how to clean, and who value the mental clarity & peace of a clean room. So good job, Mom!

You have given me some really great tips on how to improve the cleaning I do around the house! Some of your methods, I have adopted and they’re so much easier than the way I usually do! I’m very thankful for your channel! You’ve helped me through a really rough time since my husband and I have separated. It’s for the best but I’ve needed the distraction. Hi Jenny! I'm in Baton Rouge. I love watching your videos. I always look forward to them. They are a great motivational tool. My kids are grown now but grandkids do create lots of little messes. They put little toys everywhere. I find them days later after a visit in cabinets and the pantry and under all kids of furniture. Never a dull moment. Not sure if I'm late for the giveaway but wanted to try taking a shot in the dark. I've watched your videos everyday for the past week to help relax. Being pregnant with a one year old has made me zoned out on cleaning but I agree, watching your videos has given me support I have never gotten. Women in my life were either judgmental or shared a mental health problems like depression and anxiety which meant I was left with no way of knowing how to clean especiallycleaning after people. Didn't mean to overshare but you make it very comfortable to not feel judged and to make cleaning relaxing and not as overwhelming. Thanks for the great videos!

Hi Jenny, Nathans room reminds me a lot of how my youngest room used to be like. Soldiers, books, tanks, fighter planes, all my David's room. One day i got some fishing line and hung them all from his ceiling, He loved that.

I have the same expandable dusting tool with all the different heads. My apartment is small but has very high ceilings and a ceiling fan. I just love it. Your videos really are very motivating.

I spent several hours yesterday going through all my clothes and decluttering and cleaning out my side of the closet. Felt soooo much better afterwards!!

Always feels great with a thorough deep clean! :) I am currently spending some of my vacation on a decluttering reset - shocking how much you can fit in a closet. I have actually come a long way in terms of cleaning, but the thing that was game changing for me was the Fly Lady system. It holds so many principles that makes your everyday life so much easier - but here, you spend as little time as possible cleaning, and get great results. So when you follow this system, you don't ever have to do a full deep clean of the whole house, as you deep clean something every week, and get the whole house done during the year (sometimes more than once).
