My favorite Christmas tradition was when I was younger was “elf on the shelf” of course but now it’s out whole Christmas Eve to day with pretty much hint in chronological order. So to start on Christmas Eve we go to our amazing church service. After that we come home and open gifts that are from grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins etc. and we save the rest for Christmas morning. Then when we wake up we immediately open our stockings. After that we eat a delicious raspberry jam, and icing, coffee cake that my mom makes for breakfast before opening presents! My favorite Christmas cookies are called Almond Roca cookies. They are super simple and easy to make if you’ve ever heard of them! Basically you get saltine crackers layer them on the bottom, make some coffee/caramel which you will then layer on top. Next put a layer of melted chocolate on top and finish it off with some almond shavings on top of that. They are delicious and melt in your mouth and are SO addicting!! This was a kind of a long comment and it wasn’t exactly just one Christmas tradition lol, but those are my favorite Christmas traditions and cookies! And I didn’t even know you had a cookbook I might have to look into getting that for myself for Christmas😂

Hi. I tried to post this comment below on an Instagram picture captioning “All I need ? these 5 sweet souls are my everything” but “Comments on this post has been limited” makes it impossible. I have a favorite Christmas songs to share: Steve Lawrence and Eydie Gormé: "Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!" and “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing” by John Davidson. I listened to for years when I help put up our Christmas tree and on Christmas morning. I hope you like these songs.

My favorite this year. Is "this Christmas by the jonas brother " I just got engaged after being in a domestic violence relationship for 10 years. so the song gives me hope and makes feel so happy.

An Idea moving forward for holiday envelopes and sending out bills is to use dab n' seal. This is a game-changer not only does it save your tongue from licking so many envelopes and possibly getting a papercut, but it may prevent invisible bugs that may be on the seal part. Give it a try. My mom loved it when I had her try it for the holiday cards this year. So glad everything is going well and enjoyed watching your new video this am. Sending love and prayers to your family.

My favorite Christmas song this year anyway is Kelly Clarkson Underneath the Tree. It just makes me wanna get up and clean and wrap presents and do homework lol I just love it. My husband is deployed, we are stationed at fort stewart ga and I was not able to go home for Christmas (NC) to be with my family.. so its been a bit of a blue Christmas. This just really brightened my day.

We have many traditions! One of my favorites is making "snowballs" for Christmas Eve dessert (to go with a tier tray of tons of homemade Christmas cookies). The snowball is made of vanilla ice cream (but you could use any kind) and then roll them in coconut. I then pipe icing on the top for holly (green leaves and red berries). Then I put a candle in the holly. They go in the freezer until dessert. Then we light the candles at the table and sing "Silent Night". It is the best to see everyone's face in the glow of the candles (turn out the lights). This year tho, it will just be the 4 of us. Staying Covid safe but thankful that we can Zoom with other family members. Your home and family is so beautiful. Thank you for sharing your home and all of your wonderful ideas!

I work in a mental health facility so I have to work 8-4 Christmas day and my family will all be coming over afterwards. We have 5 kids and 6 grandchildren with two kids only left at home. I love having family over so much and we are not going to let covid get in the way.

I’m watching you after a full day of cleaning and still thinking u are superwoman with new baby, baking and cleaning. I’m a mom that makes a all meals, we hardly ever eat out but after watching you I’m like wow, I don’t think I could’ve done all that when my kids were little. They are 10 & 15 now and I still feel like my hands are full. We did just finally move last month into our forever home and I’m are still unpacking but u wouldn’t know unless u went into the basement lol. Which is finished with a full bath, playroom, office, family room and a lot of hidden storage behind a door that is a huge relief right now!😂

My favourite is “Carol of the bells” just love the piano. And reminds me of christmases past. This year I will be spending it with my husband, daughter and son. First time not seeing my parents or siblings. :(

This year is definitely different. I work Christmas day. So Christmas Eve my parents are coming over for a nice dinner and gift exchange. I didn't decorate this year. My daughter and I bake Christmas cookies and give those to our neighbors just to spread a little love especially this time of year. We also hide the gifts and they get to hunt them on Christmas morning while I make brunch. We usually have Italian wedding soup and lasagna on Christmas Eve with goodies from the Italian specialty store, like their antipasti platter and giant Italian bread. Christmas Day is breakfast casserole and then cinnamon buns. Late lunch is ham, roasted Brussels, carrots and potatoes, and homemade Mac and cheese.

For Christmas this year everything will be the same as every year on Christmas Day (ie: wake up, open presents, clean up, and my mom makes breakfast casserole.) but either on Christmas Eve or the day after Christmas Day we’re going to my Mimi’s with my aunt, uncle and cousin. I’m super excited
