Please include the caulking used-I’ve used many before for moulding projects snd they end up cracking-and looking for what u used. Also please share ur clamp down that u used to cut the butcher block with. If from Lowes, I’ll support them.

I am at the hospital with my husband. I’m here 12 hours a day. He sleeps most of the time so I’m here looking for things to do. I decided to watch your channel and I just wanted you to know how you’ve saved me! I so enjoy your episodes, your talent, your energy, your outlook, and your smiling face! Thank you so much! I’m so bummed because I’m closing in on seeing all the episodes! Keep up the great work and I’ll be looking out for new episodes! Thanks again and God bless! 😊❤
You are so incredibly talented and inspiring. I'm 65 years old and recently retired. You have me thinking I can take up my old DIY hobbies from my 30s and 40s. I'll never be able to match your skills but I'm excited to try. I hope your hubby knows how luck he is. I think he does ❣
Dolly is just the very best helper you could have! Sweet Dolly!
Natalee you not only could turn them into cutting boards but also little mini risers add on some feet and you could use them in the bathrooms and kitchen..This turned out beautifully...love it

Risers? Cute!!!
You are the Queen of carpentry, painting and decorating! Small cutting boards would be awesome!! Love your videos!
So glad you made the table long and wide enough to accommodate the length of the bench. So often I see a way too small a table paired with a longer bench, which makes no sense to me.❤
Your skills are amazing. You certainly can design and create your vision. The breakfast nook looks great and I'm sure that your family will really enjoy using your new space. Well done!
The cost for the materials and decor is under 1500.00. But the craftsmanship is priceless. Great job!🌺
Impressive job! I am sure your husband is amazed by his talented wife. You might consider using the extra butcher block down center of the table for decor or charcuterie board for parties or riser’s for decor. Love the space

Charcuterie board!!! Awesome idea!
So many designers put a round table in an L-shaped nook like this. Your rectangular one really maximizes how many people can sit at the table!
Looks amazing! It’s a good idea to put the finish on the table bottom as well so that it is sealed all over. It stops the wood warping and is recommended for all natural wood surfaces that are finished in any way.

Me too….recovering from cancer treatment but getting better and better. Natalie inspired me with sharing that her own health challenges has taken her out of commission for some time….but she is Superwoman! She inspires me not just with her abundant talents but with her positive attitude and resilience. God bless and 🙏 for you Debra! Hoping you recover too.
Beautiful elegance, NataLee! Huge impact in a small space. I love it when you are moving at high speed - I wish I had that Superpower! A tip for getting the foam in the cover - save or pick up a long dry cleaner bag. Put the bag over the foam, tear the top open & fold it over the foam. Slide the cover over the foam - your idea to fold the inside out half way is perfect - then work the cover over the foam. Once everything is situated, tug on the dry cleaner bag & it will slide out. I used this on window seat cushions and it was a life-saver. Thank you again for a fabulous tutorial & a load of inspiration! xo
those corners would drive me nuts... they just need a little rounding to take the sharp off.
Wow Sis you really brought your A game with this breakfast nook project! It looks so extra elevated!
This extreme breakfast nook makeover was a revelation. The step-by-step breakdown made it seem achievable, even for a DIY novice like myself.
Your ideas and tips are top notch! Thanks for posting your beautifully executed nook.
The 6" wide piece you cut off the table top could become a ledge for a few photos, a plant, etc.
Your eating area is gorgeous. Not only is it beautiful, but it looks so high-end. You never cease to amaze me with your skills and creativity.
Wow!! You always amaze me Natalee!! Your breakfast nook turned out beautifully!! That table is gorgeous!! Have a great weekend!! PS..take a well-deserved break...lol!!
NataLee, I can't believe how beautiful the color white is. We have been bombarded with color and darker tones for some time. White is refreshing. I have commented on this video, but I'm amazed by your talent. You have taught me so much. I wish I were my younger self.
I have a trick for inserting foam ..... if you cover the foam in plastic, like a cut open trash bag, making it into a strip of plastic, or you could use another large strip of plastic..... wrap the plastic around the foam part that you will be inserting into your fabric. It will slide in easily, and then you pull out the plastic and your foam should now be in place. I hope this makes sense.

So beautiful. I think I would have made the table oval to ease getting in and out
Late watching this video. Been sewing new draperies and making new accessory pillows for our master bedroom. Your breakfast banquette turned out lovely. Love the added picture frame feature. Absolutely LOVE the herringbone table. Excellent job. Here is a hint that hubby and I got years ago from a retired upholsterer. Use an electric knife to cut foam for cushions. It slices the foam like butter. Have used this tip many times. Great video!

Your table looks amazing. I would love to see your family’s reaction once you got it done.
How I wish I were years younger. You are so inspiring, loved this video and your new breakfast nook!!!
Next time place the foam in a large plastic bag then it slides right into the new seat covers. My Granny taught me this❤
My brother in Law worked for Macy's Furniture making custom couches. He had his own Upholstery Company for over 50 years. What I saw him do when inserting the Cushions in the covers, he put the Cushions i a big CLEAN Garbage bag and with his vacuum, he shunk it. It was AMAZING when he would do that. It was FAST, EASY AND SO EFFICIENT.

Then all the tans with wicker center to chairs, light shades, rug and again the pictures and pillows. You made great choices. Love the trim accents on wall and bottom of base on table it is perfect. Peace!

Absolutely use the cutoff pieces. Maybe two long thin boards with handles on each end. Just lovely. Good job as always♥️
My thoughts on the remainder board is to cut it, piece together to make it a big dough (pasta dough too) board, then whatever is left use to make cheese boards & customize with cricut & wood burn technique that you've done before. 😍 Wow! The finished project looks amazing!!
I love picture frame molding. That small amount of scrape equals great planning!

I would seal the nook recess up . Make it flat to match the out laying ceiling. Then you can hang your beautiful light where you want.
The table base is perfect, the table is beautiful, the corner window is letting in wonderful light. The plant on table is really cool too. Wow! Great job!

Oh my gosh! Natalee, you did that! I just love it!
Beautiful! I wish I had a space to put a banquet :) Some tricks for getting foam into cushions: they make a spray that you can put on the foam to make it slick and easier to slide in. But, the DIY trick is to put the foam into a garbage bag, stuff the foam in to the pillow/cushion cover (trash bag open end first), slide and work the foam into place and then pull the garbage bag out. :)

Great idea!!
@18:16 cut holes and put pillar candles in that piece you cut off or it would be really nice long modern charcuterie board for a table scape.
Absolutely beautifully done! I love the picture frame look around the walls. The table is a MUST.......love that and I didn't know they had it already done in chevron pattern......brilliant. Everything turned out perfectly perfect! Kudos on all that hard work. Love every touch! Wishing they had all these things when I was younger as I would be on board with doing it as well. Blessings for a wonderful week ahead!

Great idea!
💪FYI if the edges/ends of foam are wrapped somewhat with plastic it helps to slip the foam inside when longer than your arms can reach. And if plastic is lightweight such as for garbage-and shorter on one side of foam- just tug- it slips right out😍

I'm so happy for you and your family. I know you all will be so happy in your new home. I love the breakfast nook. You're an amazingly talented person. Can't wait for the next room!
Your kitchen eating nook is a very interesting and surprising combination of refined and rustic elements! I did a similar table idea with a recycled wood round top and cast-iron look (aluminum) pedestal base despite lacking your design-and-build skills. Saved thousands versus purchasing a custom table and it has held up well.
Natalee, you really amaze me. I always love to watch you and not always comment, but just want to let you know that everything just looks absolutely beautiful sending hugs, love, prayers, and kindness with a daily dose of encouragement.♥️🙏🏻♥️
Always classy! Always beautiful! Great job! You never disappoint!
Wow ! Love it! We bought kitchen cabinets and countertops from Lowes and because my Daughter is Army Reserves we also got a good discount on the pieces ! But we redid the kitchen because of a flood, so not as “Fun” a reason. 😬 love watching you build !
This is absolutely GORGEOUS ❣️❣️❣️ I am bummed I didn’t see this style butcher block when I did my island. If I do it over I will absolutely be using this herringbone pattern it is so so beautiful and the chairs!!!! I feel like the chairs just tie it all together for me! Love Love Love 💕

Table is absolutely gorgeous! Love the whole makeover. Could you put legs on the leftover butcher block and make it a sofa table or bench ? Love watching your videos-inspiring. Have a good weekend
Absolutely beautiful breakfast nook! love all the finishing touches xxx
FYI anyone. We use Sherwin Williams ORIGAMI WHITE in any finish. It is a gorgeous white and it's not on the Lowes current paint color wall. Have them make you a sample container of it and try it at home. It's a bright white, but not ultra white. It's soft, but not yellow or beige or grey white. It's a white white. Try it,I bet you'll like it. I have used it in my last 3 homes for trim, doors windows and even a few walls. ❤ it looks similar to Natalie's white.
Diy Dollee reminds me of macennas kinsley the helpful assistant watching !
The walls look very nice. Nice color. I like the shape of the table and I like that it is Butcherblock, nice wood. I don't care for the herringbone pattern for me it looks too busy. But you do such an amazing job with everything you do. You are so good with power tools😊
You did a super job on this project. Your new home will be gorgeous with you get finished. Can't wait to see the entire remodel.

Cool pattern on the table...presented me with an optical illusion that it wasn't flat. Love the chairs! I would have taken that curve out of the ceiling and leveled it flat...that sort of thing drives me crazy. LOL But, your idea seemed to work out well too. Beautiful room.
