Sir wonton are the dumplings. It’s minced pork wrapped in wonton wrapper. The beef is braised n the broth they used as soup. 😊
MSG is not really that bad. It is a natural product like salt. Also, don't forget w Filipino food, the condiments are there for you to adjust to your taste, I.e, calamansi, soy sauce (toyo), fish sauce, garlic chilli, etc. Most Pinoys will squeeze calamansi to soy sauce and chilli to make a perfect dipping saucel

The dumplings are the wanton. A great pair for noodles is the big buns behind you, called Siopao.

You really think that all that juice is from the sugarcane stem...and its so clean with no parts of the plant in the juice....think filtered with water added. Incredibly clueless. Cooking FRESH noodles...yeah they hand make the noodles. Whats the difference between wonton beef and braised beef.....are you for real? I believe your subscribers like the comedic and erroneous information you spew...sheesh
