So similar to how John shultz barnes uses “unity vs multiplicity” to explain introvert vs extrovert. “Unity” fits quite well with your term “integrator” for the introvert types.

Just wanna say that i apreciate a lot what your doing for socionics comunity by explaining a lot of terms, even tho i don't agree with 100% of your interpretations you are one of the best understanding the system, it was very much needed that someone stepped up and explain most of the system on youtube, in english and in a clear way like you are doing.

Are you saying this is what OP defines as narrowing down vs gathering in their "coins"? If yes then yours makes A LOT more sense since I see no reason it should not also apply to rational functions. :O

This series is honestly a game changer when it comes to making socionics easily accessible. I suppose this new part of the series is going to cover the seven Model A Dichotomies, which is definitely something that I believe most people kind of look at and say "oh that's nice", and then completely forget about (besides strong/weak and valued/subdued). I had never truly understood some of the less talked about dichotomies like stubborn and cautious until you talked about them in the themes (and the eight functions). Fantastic work

Oh, I can't give THAT much away, you will need to take my course for me to go into that much detail. I'll cover on here only those that are relevant to the Jungian dichotomies.

The extent of Jack's rectitude is captivating.

These videos are great. Terms are defined, differanciated from other terms and explained. Not vague, very clear, very needed. I was able to share with people. You'll have more subscribers in time.

Can't wait until your course is released! You're a wonderful teacher, and one of the only people I've felt has described socionics properly.

Yes it is very confusing to type by the four dichotomy system since how we see ourselves may not be how others see us and where we may see ourselves as an introvert others may compare us to them as being more socially extroverted. The functions and understanding what the functions do on to the objects is clearer and easier

Mhm-hm. I do use introvert and extravert (as somewhat distinguished from functional extrovert) casually to distinguish high-dopamine folk who are going to naturally be more drawn to social activity whatever their inner motives from those who aren’t (whether they’re particularly intuitive/intellectual or not) and it does link to this deeper Jungian stuff significantly but it has its limits. Ne is cued on the basis of external data but can be processed just fine internally and that’s the bit people miss even when it comes to MBTI and not the merely socialised definitions. The “E” in “ENTJ” certainly doesn’t stand for “extraverted socially/outgoing by default” by any means. They’re rather linked but they’re not quite the same thing. The socialised definition is definitely helpful when it comes to explaining why some people prefer their alone-time more than others but beyond that “introvert” can mean anything from Einstein-ian theorist, moderate (fairly sociable but also fairly reserved) pragmatist who’s actually an ENxJ or highly-sensitive person who’s only barely adapted to the vis-a-vis world (sensitive IxFPs).

Also mbti explains how we come off rather than what our mind does onto objects

I have heard of him and interacted a bit. Good to have more socionics channels around.

I prefer Keirsey over mbti because of how mbti got the introverted sensing stack wrong. Which is why my LSI father does not exist anywhere in mbti. But at least he exists in Keirsey as an "Inspector." (The same nickname for LSI in Soconics.) But he is a Ti dom with Si demonstrative. Which mbti incorrectly swapped around to incorrevtly call an LSI an ISTJ. Yet only Keirsey's Artisans actually lead with sensation. Something mbti failed to capture for the introverted sensors.

Wouldn't we gain more energy using the creative than the demonstrative?

I wouldn't say so.

I struggle to understand how Te and Fe is expanding the quantity, and Ti Fi is refining the quality. I would however say Fi Ti dom are very clear about their internal preferences ir logic, and Fe Te dom are very clear about their intention to impact others with their caring or pragmatic actions. However, I can see this expansion vs refinement attitudes in the perceiving. So I don't think your thoughts are clear on this topic.

In the switch from irrationality to rationality, the static/dynamic nature of extroverted/introverted flips, so it comes across differently. Irrationality was the choice between acquiring many, distinct objects, versus refining one field in which the many objects sit. Here the former is extroverted and static, the latter is introverted and dynamic. Rationality is the choice between a mix of many, ongoing and ceaseless oughts and obligations which change and update in every situation versus a set structure or map of relationships that either are sustained or broken. Here the former is extroverted and dynamic, the latter is introverted and static.

Im confused with the obvious since as much as i can see the Introverted thinking in the ENTPs is the most obvious thing ever?

Well, Ne is an internal process and often stays in the person’s head as far as appearances go. A certain amount of ENFPs come across as quirky and because of it but that’s not always the case and it can be subdued to the outward eye. In any case ENTPs, with an Ne-Ti combination, tend to be quite reserved so Ne’s playfulness isn’t so obvious. It’s more about getting to the truth of things and presenting them in discourse and a lot of that’s the work of introverted thinking.

ENTPs are less structured, rule-abiding and ideologically fixated than Ti doms, or Ti-tertiary types (but still a lot more than any other Extrovert other than ESTP). A lot of what is called 'Ti' in ENTPs is their Te in the background, making them well known for their problem-solving, entrepreneurial side.

@@WorldSocionics Im saying the part where they always correct people and a lot more than INTPs, i rarely see them letting "bad Ti" slide, they have the need to correct people in their logic, therefore whenever anyone says anything illogical around them they are the first to correct them, their Ti is the first obvious thing anyone sees

@@BigPapa64469 Ti itself isn't about engaging people to challenge their thinking. Ti is about making sure that what you are doing is coherent. When an ENTP interacts with another person's argument, what they are doing, even more than keeping things coherent, is exploring and influencing. INTPs do this less because they don't poke into other people's arguments as much. They often work on their own systems alone.
