Extracting Results in Text and real time monitoring in Code_Aster

When you calculate with Salome Meca, all results are often saved to a med file which can be bulky and requires paravis to be opened.
If you just want to save a small number of specific results to a text file, there is a way to do that as well. You can also monitor the results of a nonlinear simulation in real time.

can you plot those nodal deflections while code aster is running (real time)? BTW thanks for all the videos about code aster. Very useful. I am a retired engineer who used a commercial FEA program (ANSYS). I knew about code aster for some time and installed it on my own machine(s) quite a few times but could not use it beyond running the test cases due to the limited documentation (in english). But now I started looking at your videos and Jean-Pierre Aubry's book (pdf file). Finally may get somewhere with code aster :-)
