It's one of my favorite honeys also, and this year, it came out extra nice .
We have a question, is that extraction room air conditioned and does the uncapper you use throw a lot of honey out on the floor? Thank you in advance for your time and repl.

Yes, the room is air-conditioned, and the uncapped doesn't throw too much honey on the ground. We do most of that when we move the honey from the uncapper to the extractor. Lol

I see you have smooth reels in your drums. Do you have a preference of smooth or segmented?

I have used both and much rather have the smooth reels. I can load them faster. And time is money lol
