Hi, you should have OSM Downloader plugin installed and added from the list of toolbars in view/toolbars/OSMDownloader
if i want to find the shortest path between two points can i find in this map that we created ? also the shortest path is dependent only in distance (km) not in the time that a car needs to travel that path ,(traffic) ?

Yes you can try similar plugin to osm downlodee (quick OSM ) where you have multiple type of data set that incluse bus stop too. (Install quick osm plugin)
