    nak bakar boleh, lagi sedap. Tapi sebab biskut ni nk dibakar dah, ely masak je sekali harung. Butter kalau nak pukul tak perlu mixer, pakai whisk macm biasa tapi agak lama

    Ely gunakan gred b. Tapi sbb pakai sikit je. Sebiji gred a pun ok. Ely pakai sudu kecil je. Agak dari situ, resepi ni tak manja sangat. Tolerance error dia kecil, jangan risau ya. Yang penting tepung, butter yang banyak2 tu kena cukup

    callebaut choc chips je yg dah bkar akn cair. biasa guna kat atas seasalt chochip cookies tu 811 rsenya maaf kalau silap. tp biasanya kalau chop chip biasa ni die da bakar akn keras je mcm biasa

    Yang ely pakai di separa keras (tak kerang mcm ori, & tak lembut cair). Yang ni Ely beli prepack takde brand. Bergantung kepada jenama juga kdg2. Yang ely pakai sblm ni mcm hershey, callebout, van houtten dia semi-cair. Beryls ely tak test lagi. Tapi bagi ely ok je kalau tak cair sgt. Kurang comot bila nk makan 🫣

    Paham.. nnt blh cuba buat resepi ely & tgk cane k. Jangan bakar byk2, bakar sikit2 sekadar nk makan. Selain bekas, udara pun main peranan sebenarnya.. di malaysia agak lembap udaranya. Ely bandingkan beli famous amos di malaysia & saudi. Lepas 3-4 hari, saudi masih kering, malaysia selalunya dh mula lembut sikit.
