The design is functional and good colour co-ordinated. Wooden slate wall panel is definately a plus, so as the extensive use of granite tiles for wall and floor in the toilet areas, a much improvement over the traditional use of large white ceranic tiles. One drawback is the lack of air conditioning provision in all bedrooms and living room, considering this is desgined for tropical enviroment. Wall penetrations are needed for refrigerant piping associated with split air conditional system.and the location of the noisy compressor unit to be carefully selected both for aesthetic consideration. Secondly the garage for cars without a lock up door is called a carport. It would be more advantageous to have the automatic garage door fitted.

Dimensions, please. And how much does it cost to build it with additional space for 5 cars (instead of 2 as featured in the video) and a tools shed that can house a lawn mower as well as several gardening/agri tools and implements.

I will definitely work hard and achieve to build this kind of house, this feels so homey.

Why is there a wall from the main entrance to the living room? I don’t understand the point. Yet, the living room is cramped with the dining area and kitchen. Also, the second floor lounge could be made more functional as a family room rather than just putting a sofa.

Thats load bearing wall I believe? I would do island instead of u shape kitchen. Lounge can be a game room and 3rd bedroom theater room. Walk in closet division doesn’t seem to be appropriate making the room tight. Additional for a garage workshop.
