Thanks for this excellent video. I'm in a quarantine hotel in Hong Kong after travel and using the exercise bike every day to stay healthy/sane. I've done 3 one hour sessions with your video so far (will finish tomorrow). wish I'd discovered it earlier.

Hi. How did you manage to Sync the overlay for the whole video? Example: I imported my ride from my Hero 9. Thats 4 clips in 4K 23.97fps. The .fit file is from the Wahoo Bolt. I have to overlay every single clip, so that the km-counter starts with 0km at every new clip. 2nd try: I made a long clip out of the four with Magix VdL 2016. Also with the original 4K 23.97fps. Imported that into Virb Edit and overlayed the .fit file. Now it‘s just synced at the Point I manually sync it. After a minute, it’s already a-synchron. What are your Settings and workaround?

Hallo, Sorry für die späte Rückmeldung. Bei Aufnahmen mit der Sony x3000 können wir im garmin edit Programm alles komplett mit den Daten vom garmin edge1030 synchronisieren. Mit GoPro 9 oder max ist es etwas aufwendiger alle einzeln zu synchronisieren aber mit etwas Übung schnell erledigt. Gute Fahrt 🚵und Prost 🍻🤤👍

Is there a way to get my Wahoo Kickr Core trainer to use your route and mimic the hills with resistance?

@@IndoorCyclingVideos I looked at your route on strava and maybe your route is not public? Couldn't see that I could download it. When a route is public and downloadable you can click on the 3 dots to the left of the map of a Strava route and it offers you flag or create route. Yours only allows one to flag it.

The solution is easy peasy. I watch their videos on iPad with the sound off on my indoor bike and listen to my own workout music. Which for me is Radio X the great alternative station out of London England.
