The water company told us that our water meter shaft is too small to install a secondary/garden water meter. Of the options, whether to remove the shaft and replace it with a larger one, or to expand it, the latter seemed easier to me. There were many question marks in the implementation, so I decided to try to do it by myself. Like our other videos, this construction is not done by our "professionals", but it is from the series :) try it yourself.
