My heart has been closed to you God for so long. When I heard you knocking I could not let my self to open that door. So I wept on the floor of my heart wanting to get up, to reach for that door knob but I couldn’t. I was afraid that you would judge me and condemn me. I let the way others in my life treated me project a lie of the found feelings and pure intentions you have for me. But you never left that door you stood there waiting and wept with me. I just want to encourage anyone reading this that God simply wants your heart! Give Him whatever you have and lay it at his feet! He doesn’t need elaborate prayers, he just needs your heart. Give him your last sigh, your anger, your confusion, your depression, your worries, anything you have give it to him. I know people in the past have torn you apart in your vulnerabilities so you find it hard to give your heart to God but I promise you he will turn that last bit of disparity into His most beautiful art work. That’s awesome man! I started learning guitar and some piano at the age of 16 and thanks to bad influences around me, lost interest and didn’t feel any point of bothering and my life felt pointless but to feed addiction. Fast forward to the age of 32, started playing guitar for the local church my mom has been going to. Always was her dream to see me up there on stage. God has renewed my passion, helped me conquer my social anxieties, give me purpose, and now I’m making major progress in singing. Working on piano also. It’s never too late! Even though I’m not amazing or great at it, I’m good enough to serve the lord! Keep at it!

One of my absolute favorite worship songs, I came across this song while I was broken to the core. Giving my life to Jesus Christ has been the best decision I've ever made and my only regret is not doing it sooner, but understanding God's timing is perfection keeps me at peace. ❤

I came to God after being sick and tired of of being sick and tired of my life, exhausted from oppression depression you name it I had it. Alcohol addiction for 15 years later evolved to opiates. Suicide kept lingering daily. I said Jesus if you are really real like they say you are pmease reveal yourself to me or show me a sign so I know your real. I am not superstitious or believe in luck, i do not believe in things i cannot see, its too hard for me to live that way…I immediately felt conviction in my heart, i started to repent of all my sins because of this overwhelming guilt and shame. I was drenched in tears wilhich i normally dont do coming from a korean household we males are conditioned to never cry. I couldnt hold it back. I went outside to get some fresh air. I see this bright intense fiery light in the shape of a perfect cross look at me with such intense love, mercy and grace. Shocked and in awe what I was witnessing. I knew exactly this was the sign i had asked for to help me confirm that my father was with me the entire time. I felt so shameful and guilty that i needed to see signs and miracles but it radicalized me that night. I was never the same. That next morning i woke up for the first time in a very long time, with a smile on my face, and so much purpose in my life. All of the things that I used to like such as music, movies, and even the jokes that I used to laugh at all, became petty and nonsensical out of nowhere. I used to cuss like a sailor, and that was a habit I could not break, but that dissolved out of my mouth. It’s to the point when people cuss around me I get extremely bothered by it now. I have been living my life seeing miracles after miracles ever since that day. Every time I increase my prayers and meditation and reading scripture the “coincidences” in my life dramatically increase in the moment I take my foot off the pedal they dramatically decreased. This is how I am able to gauge my connection with him. And I know there are other believers who go through the same thing and notice this as well. Every time I struggle or have any questions in life when I read the Bible that day he has the answers prepared for me. It is absolutely mind-boggling how perfect the answers are. And again I know there are believers who go through this it can’t just be me. This is the connection we have with our father once we follow him. He is more than real, and he has shown me the spiritual world that we live in it is more than the physical one. I tried every single counseling treatment center in alternative medicine, but nothing whatever put a dent into it. After following God, everything changed in my life that day. I know it is very tough to believe someone with their testimonial because it’s something you have to experience yourself to understand fully and grasp. Go into the privacy and quietness of your room tonight and surrender it all to him. The main trick to doing this and having that real connection with him is to humble yourself before you go in your room and genuinely ask for forgiveness of your sins from your heart and your mind. That is all it takes, and then accept him as your Lord and Savior you will not come out that room, the same person and you will notice when the Holy Spirit has entered the room. His presence is so mighty it is irrefutable, and that is why I could not hold back. Do not hold back your tears he wants to see you and your most genuine form. Good luck tonight and God bless.

Been battling a lot of problems lately, I was becoming hopeless every day. For me surviving a day is an achievement, I’ve been so tired lately. But I never stop praying and believing that God would restore the relationship I’ve been wanting to keep my whole life. As I listen to this song, I found my peace, hope and strength that I need. His love really is my strength. And I believe wholeheartedly that this love is enough to restore all the broken pieces that my relationship with my partner needed. Please pray for me, I feel like I'm forcing myself to worship God and pray to God which doesn't come from my heart, i just force myself to do it which irritates me a lot. And I get angry with my family especially my mother. I get angry really quickly and I don't respect my mother and my family either. I realized that I was forcing myself to pray so I took a break so I haven't prayed well. I even stopped reading the Bible because I felt i'm forcing myself to read the Bible. As l was looking fr a song to worship l saw this song the power within the song brought me to start seeing the wonderful deeds God has done in my life even l felt like dying he never agreed he is to use me even in my weak moments when am draining he will walk with me as he did with Peter in the high waves what am trying to convey is that no matter what situation or trials you are face through hardships he will never fail you in jail hospital facing depression he will walk with you through your waves🌊
