Wout is the one we all want to see win stage . Him and Pascal are doing fine. I hope there is a chance we see them on the win . Biniam Ghirmay is making a big moment for us Eritreans .

We've had Chris Froome with multiple stage wins obviously, and Andy Impi off the top of my head. One an expatriate South African in UK colours and the other from SA. But considering Africa is more than 99% people of colour, this is long overdue. As a Zimbabwean I'm super happy.

It’s no freak anything. Crashes like this from road furniture happen every two days or so in the tour. Freakish? It’s everyday routine

I thought they would include the fist bump between Bini and Jasper after the intermediate sprint. That was a nice moment.

These kinds of finishes always leave me with” what if” in my head. I’m pretty sure if Wout is not blocked he wins. He already started acceleration, had to break, and restart his sprint. But of course we will never know. I hope he gets his win on another stage.

Great program. It unfortunately isn't enough time to give an "extended highlights" experience of any of the stages. I agree with the idea of trimming where possible but really fixing it to a format of 8min regardless of the stage doesn't make sense. Most stages would be better if they had 15-20min each and if it's a really great a at stage with non stop highlights most of the stage should be in an extended highlights post. Hahaha, what a stage! First off, CONGRATULATIONS Biniam Girmay! What an amazing story and Tour so far for him. Clearly the fastest guy right now and doing it almost all on his own a la Cavendish!!! Unreal and SOOOO cool for Eritrea and Africa! Way to go buddy! Then, how is it every single day there is a sprint, SOMEONE almost rams Wout into the boards!?!?!?! The Tour officials are OUT TO LUNCH with this sprinting sh*t! NO clue what they are doing or how best to make it safe but exciting. It's CLEARLY in the rules, that a racer must not deviate from his line once his sprint starts. Then Demare just blatantly mashes Wout into the boards and it’s only because Wout is such a good bike handler it didn’t turn into a horrific crash. Third time in 9 days Wout has had the inside line on a sprint, would have won, and then almost gets wrecked by a dirty rider!!! It’s UNREAL how often this happens to him! And can’t believe how cool he is about it. Ridiculously unfair to such a great rider. He would have won today’s stage if Demare hadn’t swerved into him and boxed him into the wall! Glad the penalized Demare, hopefully it sends a message to all the sprinters that this dirty sh*t will not be tolerated! It RUINS the sprint stages and the real winner is never decided by the racers. Then they fine Cav for not staying in his lane?!?! Another HORRIBLE call by the judges in the Tour. Clearly saw from above that he's just moving into open space and trying to sprint to daylight though a gap. He's done this his whole career and they never saw a problem with it. Now, all of a sudden, this year, they have a problem with it?!?! Dudes making these calls are CLUELESS and getting SOOO many calls wrong. Handing out penalties for riders high fiving their hometown neighbors and trying to win a sprint?!?!? Just clueless Muppets! Then poor Roglic ☹ That guy can’t catch a break right now. And even though he’s never going to win the Tour at this stage, he could still have got on the podium for sure and this is a big blow for him. I mean, he already was only with an outside chance of making podium after stage 11. But still, yesterday’s crash just sealed the deal. Poor guy. He’s been a very good professional and really good bike rider and has had the worst luck in a lot of important moments in his career. I still bet he can’t get over losing the Tour to Tadej back in ’20 on that Time Trial after already being so far ahead. That was BRUTAL! He’s a true champion though and an amazing athlete and hope he can still push on and show everyone what a great rider he is, even if he can’t podium!
