Why the clarity is going while saving ?

For some reason the site won't work for me at all.. won't allow me to create an account... keeps saying - too many requests and then just hanging

How do you blow up an ai image to print like 11x14 or larger, say poster size. I also have Photoshop, but am pretty new at that. Wanna put stuff on my walls.

theres one that starts with an a F and i dropped a 10 meg file in it at 4000 px and did amazing. but then had to pay to download. so..awesome right.
