Trading with a bot is hard work. You have to constantly update the algorithm to account for market changes.

If you think about a channel named "TraderTom" that is managed by Tom Hougaard, he really recomends it. There is a compilation of iman's quotes from his book "Best Loser Wins". I find it (the book) pretty "confusing" for people that just start, later on it will make more sense than in the beginning, but it is a good read. And he is good trader that speaks about actual rational things, even if he trades leveraged, big positions. His rationale of approaching trading through series of statistical odds of something happening can be used to some extent to gain a 1% or 2% of that very needed edge, it can make you more money in a long run.

People mark as NPD many things that shouldn't be marked as such. Most of people that i interacted with say he is rather a breath of fresh air into the mix. Most of the stuff that he says is ok, you may use it and then apply your "discretion" to make it finally a viable strategy. Raw Support/Resistance does have drawbacks - you still need to be mindful of potential profit targets, and when to stop, as well as what should be a meaningful support/resistance level. Then you adjust things, i.e. you may sometimes prefer to just exit out of trade (when you feel it won't perform or doesn't move), like he does at his (Nick's) video. When this happens, you stop on pretty much a fraction of the amount you originally risked, which helps your overall edge (assuming you exit mostly bad trades - then you save more money by adjusting the risk:reward ratio). He has a good video on FOMO and how your mind works, i recommend watching it, you don't need to pay for it. He also has some technicalities mentioned (for example what is A book and B-book broker and such).

Since chatgpt everything must include AI nowadays to keep up with the trend. Grammarly is now AI, Adobe Reader is now AI, my toilet is also AI ASSisted.

long story short they are easier to pass and get going with. FTMO has rather complicated challenge/verification structure. Others do vary from promo to promo. I didn't do comparison as of April/May of 2024, but iman has a video that compares like 6 most popular ones in a spreadsheet.
