There's two ways of the sword swallow trick first thing to do if you're going to do the easy way is to have a sword that can fold up and use your Tung to fold it up while slowly moving the sword down and unfold it while taking the sword out of your mouth the over way is to have non shaking hands and have your head up and lower a real sword and do not move any part of your body but your arms when you're ready to finish the trick raise the sword out of your mouth
