I am from India who also followed Disney channel, let me tell you that Priyanka has had a bigger and more successful career than Nick Jonas with respect to what they have achieved and there is no comparison. I don't think its a red flag. I completely understand the consequences and the confusion of being traditional and "honorable". I think they have a genuine relationship that has regular challenges that a marriage and extended family dynamic brings. And then other not so “regular” challenges that comes from being in the spot light. The media can be unkind and damaging, but their relationship is their own. People choose to believe what they want to believe.

I also feel like some of the “ holidays “ Are super commercialized especially Valentine’s Day. I honestly can’t stand the forced holidays. It's ok to not know everything, but Priyanka was someone before she even met him. Especially Bollywood but in Holywood too. She didn't need him to be popular since she's Priyanka. She got wealth & recognition, so she probabbly have more than him if I have to be honest. She is actually one of the most famous women of India. She moved to LA to escape her popularity and get different roles not available in India. And considering that she’s richer than him by multimillions, she’s the one that’s going to risk losing a lot if they divorce.

I think Nick is too old to be a bachelor just for PR. Most of his fans are around my age and they're getting married, having kids, settling down and have a full time job that they intend to do as long as possible.

I feel like they dismiss that priyanka was already a well know celebrity, she was miss India in case anyone forgot and then became an actress, her trajectory should not go unnoticed, beside, I doubt this relationship was a PR stunt when she was already offered hollywood roles before Nick. I validate Danielle’s feelings and all but like its also true that it’s her own insecurities. We all have insecurities, but Priyanka is self assured and confident and if that makes her feels small- that is something that she needs to address about herself and is not Priyanka’s fault. She should not act shady or immature about it. We all have insecurities and can feel envious but we can choose not to act childish about it by shading her.
