Join me, as I sit down with Calley Means, a former consultant for major food and pharma companies, who is now a whistleblower exposing the dark side of these powerful industries.
Calley Means shares shocking insights into how the healthcare system is manipulated for profit, with a particular focus on the Ozempic controversy.
Discover how the pharmaceutical industry influences health policies, making billions while keeping people sick. Learn about the hidden tactics of the processed food industry, designed to make food addictive and unhealthy, contributing to the obesity epidemic and chronic diseases.
This episode uncovers the economic incentives driving hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and insurance providers to prioritize profits over patient health.
Calley Means reveals the intricate connections between these industries, highlighting how they rig institutions of trust, manipulate media, and lobby politicians to maintain their dominance.
We discuss the urgent need for policy changes and a metabolic health reset in America. Calley Means advocates for holistic health solutions, promoting preventive care, dietary interventions, and lifestyle changes over pharmaceutical dependency.
This eye-opening conversation is a must-watch for anyone concerned about healthcare corruption and seeking to understand the systemic issues affecting public health.
Don't miss this in-depth exploration of healthcare corruption, the Big Food industry's secrets, and the pharmaceutical influence on our health.

This podcast was so good! I too fell into the pharmaceutical spiral. I was obese, insulin resistant, PCOS, elevated cholesterol and glucose levels, acne, hair thinning, swelling and inflammation, migraines, and worsening anxiety. I work in healthcare and listened to my doctors. They had me on Ozempic, metformin, propranolol, Rizatriptan, birth control pills, ADHD and depression meds etc. I just got worse. I did lose weight on Ozempic but gained most of the weight back when taken off do to GI issues. Since then I have changed my diet, eliminating as much processed and harmful ingredients as possible, lift weight and do cardio 5 days a week and I am off all medications and have almost eliminated all symptoms entirely. My labs are all within normal range again as well. We do hold the power to change our lives!

I agree with some of what you’re saying, but I disagree with a lot of it as it pertains to Ozempic. I do not think that Ozempic should be prescribed to children but for me GLP 1 have been a godsend. I’m 66 years old and it’s been such a struggle to get my weight under control and this medication has helped me so much. I do agree wholeheartedly you must change your eating habits. You must focus on protein you must train all of that I agree with but to completely slam the medication that is helping so many people is wrong, please be careful with that.

Yes....I never took birth control, but got PCOS in my twenties! While serving in the military, after multiple deployments and long periods of time eating only MREs (the most Ultra-processed food on the planet).
