For centuries the portugeese Lied about Magellan been the first to circumnavigate when Magellan didnt want that, he killed Spanish Captains and others that wanted basic navigation lost avoidance "Map Sharing" and made hundreds die in the Pacific Ocean many blunders Magellan did that eventually cost him his life. Magellan WAS A MURDERER AND BULLSHITER.

No creo que con fe, Magallanes sometio los motines y dio la vuelta al mundo, su fe fue su conocimiento

About the TV Series, Boundless 2022 (Sin Limites) Pigafetta's account is the most important source of the first circumnavigation and he does not mention, not once, the name of Juan Sebastián Elcano, the last to be captain of the Victoria. He ignored the name of Elcano because he was a mere subordinate, who did nothing for the success of the trip, on the contrary, he encouraged the mutiny, the boycott of the trip, demanded that they return to Spain and did everything to kill Magellan and the Portuguese. He deliberately denied something Elcano really didn't deserve, posterity. Pigafetta sincerely mourned Magellan's death. Therefore, he had nothing but praise for him. Magellan's voyage is a scientific voyage, the greatest of humanity, where he proved to be right and proves that it is possible to circumnavigate the planet Earth! As secretary to Charles V, the Holy Roman Emperor, for whom Magellan had sailed, Maximiliani Transilvanus interviewed survivors of the voyage when Magellan's surviving ship Victoria returned to Spain in September 1522. Transilvanus recorded the onboard comments about the mutiny that took place during Magellan's voyage, calling it a "shameful and dirty conspiracy" between Spanish officers and soldiers. Pigafetta and Transylvanus disagree on who was responsible for the massacre that took place in Cebu, Philippines. Everything indicates that Magalhaes and his successor were murdered by El Cano and the group of Spaniards. El Cano was not even one of the main captains to succeed Magellan. After Magalhaes' death, another Portuguese took the lead. Duarte Barbosa, brother-in-law of Fernão de Magalhães and his successor in command of the expedition, was also killed in Cebu and was another Portuguese murdered by the El Cano gang. In fact, to include Elcano's name, you have to include the name of everyone who led Magalhaes, Barbosa, Elcano, etc... The mystery of the circumstances of Magellan's death, in an unequal fight, 30 men at his side against a thousand indigenous people, in the Philippines, is the greatest lie and injustice in world history. Magellan would never enter inland to face a much larger number of natives, he already knew their strong warrior capacity and mainly knew that the only way for Europeans to win would be through the enormous firepower of the ships' cannons. But incredibly, there were foreigners who wrote that their ships were stranded far from the beach because of the tides, which Magellan had not foreseen, that is, the greatest navigator in the world, forgets the navigation bases that even a simple fisherman knows... the tides, which Magalhaes knew were decisive for his victory or defeat? By coincidence, the report includes a "similar" trap made by the Spanish crew that killed another Portuguese leader, who was stranded on land, begging his companions to save him, while they did nothing... On May 1, 1521, they were invited by the rajah to a feast on land near Cebu, Philippines, to receive a gift for the King of Spain. In this trap Duarte Barbosa and many others were killed. João Serrão was brought by indigenous people who wanted to exchange him for weapons, but he was left behind. In other words, were the natives who, through treason and corruptly accepted to murder the Portuguese who idealized and led the journey, transformed into heroes? Strange how the natives were able to distinguish who was Portuguese and who was Spanish... ! Along with the Spaniards who did everything to ensure that humanity never went beyond its little navel, are they being elevated to the status of gods? Because? For killing a scientist? Elcano was only responsible for the voyage in the seas already known and already navigated by Portuguese, he was just lucky to arrive alive! The new studies indicate that Magellan would have accompanied one of the previous Portuguese trips to the Moluccas, so he would have been the first human to go around the world. After all, the King of Spain would only hire someone who had already been to the Moluccas! In addition to the leadership of Magalhães, the main cartographers are Portuguese. Spain paid for the expedition, but the scientific commission was Portuguese. Great men do not act for themselves, but for all humanity and that is why they are humble and even anonymous, as this makes them go even further! If whoever left and whoever arrived first gets the credit, then credit must be given to the boy who tied the ship's mooring rope to shore. NO MORE STEALING PORTUGAL! The sources of the trip indicate that Magellan was intentionally murdered on the initiative of El Cano, who only leads after everyone is dead, sails only in waters already known and navigated before by the Portuguese and now they want him to do everything to destroy the first trip around the world, stand as a hero? Worse, are they trying to destroy Magellan and the greatest scientific contribution that humanity has ever received? This trip is only important, because for the first time someone entered the Pacific and sailed to the spice islands, because the rest was already known, the Portuguese had already arrived in the Moluccas and they had already arrived in the Americas, in Brazil, in other words, just what Magalhaes traveled and led is important, the rest is mere "soap tv". Only science matters to increase human knowledge! This proves why Portugal is not Spain and Brazil is not Argentina! Karma may sleep, but it never sleeps forever!

Very well said my friend. It was the Portuguese, not the Spanish, who uncharted most of the oceanic routes necessary for that voyage. By 1514, the Portuguese had already established sea routes between Europe, Brazil, Canada, East Africa, West Africa, the South Atlantic, the Indian Ocean, Persian Gulf, the Arabian Sea, India, South East Asia and China, whilst the Spanish only knew how to sail between Europe and America. The only ocean the Portuguese hadn't been to was the Pacific, because King Manuel I denied that anyone ventured into the Spanish hemisphere west of the Tordesillas line. When Magellan finally crossed the Pacific, the circumnavigation of the world had been complete. Elcano just sailed back from South East Asia to Europe, a voyage already done by Magellan before. The rest is Spanish propaganda.

Menudo rollo cuentas.
